Lydia's P.O.V.

"Cassie, if you keep pacing around in front of me I think I am going to get dizzy," I say sitting on the ledge of the bathroom counter waiting for her pregnancy test to beep. Giggling I grab onto her shoulder, "You know this kind of reminds me of the time when I was nervous about my pregnancy test."

She smiled, "I remember you were so anxious and nervous." 

"Yeah because I had no idea how I would tell Flynn," I said, "But Stefan...he'll be so happy!"

She took a deep breath as the stick beeped, "You look, I am too scared."

Sighing I grab the test from the counter checking it....it was positive, "Cassie!" I say excitedly, "Congratulations!" Shoving the stick in her face I pull her into a tight hug.

Cassie began crying, "I'm pregnant?"

"You're pregnant!!" 

"Oh my god, I'm pregnant." She pulled away wiping her happy tears away and jumping up and down, "I'm pregnant!"

"Who's pregnant?" Echo asked wandering into the bedroom, she looked over at me, "Please don't tell me baby number two is already on the way."

Smiling I shake my head, "No, that's not going to happen for a while but..." I point over at Cassie, "She has a bun in the oven."

Echo's jaw dropped," No way!"

"I know I couldn't believe it either," I said taking the test out of Cassie's hand I showed it to her, "But here is proof."

"Does he know Cassie?"

"No," She said quietly taking the test out of her hands, she took a deep breath, "But he will soon."

Gently patting her back, "Everything will be fine,"

Echo smiled, "Stefan isn't like Flynn, now go...he'll be ecstatic."

Cassie exhaled deeply before leaving the room followed by the two of us, I walked over to the nursery where Hunter and Flynn were, "Hey," 

Flynn smirked at me, 'Hey gorgeous,"

"What are you two up to?"

"We were just talking about what he wanted for his birthday?"

"Really?" I say ticking Hunter's stomach, "Did he say anything?"

"He actually said his first word."

I looked at Flynn shocked, "No way I missed it?!"

"Dimples, say it for mommy,"

I listened carefully looking down at him, "Say it for Mommy Dimples,"

"Dada," he babbled showing off his dimples

Gasping I took a step back in excitement, "He said it,"

Flynn chuckled, "He said Dada first,"

"Shut up," I said hitting his shoulder gently, "Say it for Mommy again,"

"Dada," Dimples beamed up at us, 

"Jealous he didn't say, Mama?" Flynn teased me but I didn't care because I was just happy that Hunter said his first word. 

Giggling I shake my head, "No, actually my first word was Dada too."

Raising an eyebrow at me he pulled me in pecking my lips, "Now what have we decided on for Dimple's birthday?"

"Mhm, I was thinking paw patrol theme? I mean he loves watching that on TV."
