Lydia's P.O.V.

As we entered the house I got nervous, everyone's eyes were on us,  grabbing onto Flynn's hand  tighter I tried to hide behind him but he pulled me forward bringing in the light of everyone else. Arlo came in front of us as soon as Flynn and I stepped into the living room. 

"The Alpha and the Luna, together in one room." He said smirking looking around as Landon and Logan stepped up behind him, "This calls for a toast, doesn't it? Because I thought after Amora at least, Flynn wouldn't dare name anyone else as the Luna of the Knights."

My breath hitched as he mentioned Amora's name, but Flynn started to laugh, "Isn't it funny how you can never win an argument without bringing up my past Arlo?" His smirk slowly fell, "Lydia and Hunter are my present and my future. Lydia is the mother of my child, and we have been getting to know each other over the months, Lydia has a right to be called the Luna. Amora was something in my past, that's it."

I looked up at him in shock as Flynn's grip got higher around my waist, now it was Flynn's turn to smirk as we walked past Arlo, Logan, and Landon. "What was that?" I whispered to him but he didn't dignify me with an answer, "Flynn..."

"Sh," He hushed me pushing me deeper into their house as the rest of the family followed close behind. Taking a deep breath I sat down beside him as he ordered two champagne glasses for us. "Just wait,"

"What are we waiting for?" I asked irritated, "I want to go back home Flynn, every time I see Arlo and the others I think about my parents and how they tortured them."

Flynn gave me a bored look grabbing a cigarette out of his pocket he slid one over to me, "Take a couple of drags you'll feel better?" 

Rolling my eyes at him I slide it back to him, "I still breastfeed Hunter Flynn," I say, "Can I please go back home,"

"Shut up Lydia," He said, "Let's see what they do, I want to know why they invited us here,"

Sighing I sit back and play around with the appetizers on my plate, about ten minutes later Arlo went on stage smiling down at the crowd. What is he doing? "Hello Everyone! Tonight was supposed to be a celebration of the re-established Azar Gang Pad, now we invited the alliances, but since I was feeling a little extra happy I also happened to invite our biggest enemy the Knights!"

The crowd booed as they looked over at our table, "Settle down, settle down," Arlo said waving his hands, "Tonight is a celebration, now my dad Xander has always taught me that in celebration enemies and alliances are the same. Now it is unfortunate that the Knights brought the Psychos and Cobra's along with them but! Let the games begin yeah?" He put up his drink smirking towards our table, "Let's raise a toast to keep the enemies closer than our friends,"

Gulping I looked away from the stage surprisingly Flynn gently grabbed my hand, "Relax Luna, if people begin to notice that you are nervous they will use it against us." Nodding I grip his hand tightly trying to regain my confidence. Now it has been a while since Cassie and I have been taken into this world, but I still haven't gotten used to the stares I get while I step out with Flynn. 

Taking a sip from my glass I look around and spot Anaya and Brielle looking over at me. Clearing my throat I take my gaze away from them, "Hey, I am just heading over to the bathroom," I whisper to Flynn before taking my hand out of his but he grips the ends a little, "What?"

"Be a Luna, Lydia." He said seriously before letting my fingers go altogether. 

Giving him one last look I walk away from the table taking a deep breath I walk around the big lavish house looking for a bathroom, "So you're finally alone huh?" Anaya said smirking walking towards me.
