Chapter 28

Eugeo's Pov
Kirito kept looking straight ahead with the wind blowing through his hair, the sun was starting to rise, dry tears stained his face. I really hope the others will be ok. But as for us, we will be just fine, we just need each other. We eventually arrived somewhere "alright, we have quite a bit of money that me and Tsuki put in here incase of an emergency" Kirito said grabbing the bag off his back, I nodded and we walked into the small building "is this a cafe?" I asked, it looked pretty strange, Kirito nodded and walked up to the counter "hello, what would you like to order?" The woman at the counter asked, I looked around while Kirito ordered some food. Kirito walked up to me "you ok?" He asked, I nodded, we sat down at a table. We just sat quietly for a while "so…. Do you think they'll find us?" I whispered to Kirito, he thought for a second "I don't know…. Hopefully not" he answered. The lady arrived with our food "thankyou" I said politely, she passed Kirito a note and winked at him. I glared at her. Kirito opened the note, once he read it he looked a bit angry, he scrunched up the note and threw in the bin "what was it?" I asked "her number and a little message saying that she finishes at 8:30pm, that's a basic way to ask someone out in this world" he answered, I growled a little "its ok Eugeo, just eat and we can get out of here" Kirito said patting my head, I nodded and calmed down a bit. After me and Kirito finished eating he paid and we went outside "call me!" The woman said, Kirito face palmed "no!" He yelled back, we got on the bike and I wrapped my arms around his waist. He started the bike and began to drive away. 

Tsuki's Pov
We were now all in a car that we stole from Kikuoka, Yui had disabled the tracker. Ojo and Asuna were trying to make sure I was ok "guys, we may not have a choice, Tsuki is seriously injured, I'm pretty sure we have to take her to a hospital" Asuna said to the others, Sinon sighed, she was the one driving "that will mean Kikuoka will know where we are, that's too dangerous for the AI'S" Lizbeth said "I know but, I'm not experienced enough to do surgery and I'm not even sure she needs it" Asuna said, Yui looked at me "no she doesn't need surgery, just a while to heal and we can easily stitch up that wound on her head, she will be fine" Yui said, I laughed a little "see I'm fine, we don't need a hospital" Ojo nodded.

Kirito's Pov
As we were driving I thought about possible places we could go but I couldn't think of anything, absolutely nothing. We can't go anywhere that they wouldn't find us eventually and that's frustrating. "Eugeo, I can't think of anywhere to go where they wouldn't find us" I admitted, Eugeo hummed in response "imagine if we could just settle in a home and take it with us wherever we went while we're on the run" Eugeo laughed trying to lighten the mood, I thought about what he said "actually Eugeo…. That's not a bad idea" I now knew where to go, Eugeo seemed a bit confused but stayed quiet.

Tsuki's Pov
Asuna was wrapping a bandage around my torso where the injury was, she tightened it a bit and I winced in pain "sorry Tsuki…." Asuna whispered, she put some tape on one end of the bandage and attached it to the rest of the bandage to keep it secure. I nodded "it's fine…. I hope Kirito and Eugeo are ok…." I whispered, Ojo giggled "wow it's almost like you care" I glared at her "of course I care! The only time when I would act like I didn't care was back in Sword Art Online" I responded, Ojo laughed "I know, I was joking" she said. I smiled at her, she has pretty laugh.

Kirito's Pov
We arrived at a nearby city, Eugeo was looking around at all the people, I was looking around for a camping store. I finally found one, I pulled over there. Me and Eugeo got off the bike "come on Eugeo" I grabbed his hand and we ran into the store, he looked around the store in curiosity "wow this is so different from the stores back home" Eugeo whispered, I smiled at him, he looks so confused. I finally found what I was looking for "what is this?" Eugeo asked looking at it, I smiled "this is a camper van, its kind of like a portable home" I winked at him, he smiled "ohhh, I was kidding but I guess it works" me and Eugeo walked over to the counter "hello, um I would like to buy that camper over there, please" I requested, the woman nodded "that will be ----- ¥" I nodded and gave her the money, luckily me and Tsuki put, a lot of money in here. The woman got me to sign some paperwork and then she got the keys for the camper and we walked over to it, Eugeo followed closely behind me. She took the camper outside for us "alright there you go, the fuel is already full, have a nice day" and with that she walked away, I got in and held my hand out for Eugeo, he grabbed my hand and I pulled him in. We looked around, there was a small kitchen and a small bed in the back of the camper with a curtain around it. There was this very small room which I assume was probably the bathroom, next to the kitchen was a small table and two inbuilt chairs. "ok Eugeo make sure you sit down before I start driving. I sat in the driver's seat at the front and Eugeo sat next to me in the passenger's seat "what about the bike?" Eugeo asked, I shrugged "I'm pretty sure it had a tracker so it's best we leave it" I answered, Eugeo looked at me in shock "it had a tracker?!" "Probably" I began to drive away. Eugeo looked at what I was doing very closely, I saw a grocery store and decided to pull over to it "we should get some food" I said, Eugeo nodded. I parked and got out of my seat "stay here Eugeo, I'll be back quickly, I promise" I said, Eugeo agreed and I left the car.

Eugeo's Pov
I looked around the van while Kirito was gone, it's really cosy, I'm sure it'll be a great home until we can afford a proper one. I froze as I realised something, this is our first home together, I smiled and looked out the window towards the store. I wonder how the others are doing. Tsuki is stuck with Alice, that won't go well, she has always hated Alice for some reason and after finding out what she did to Kirito, now Tsuki just hates Alice even more.

Tsuki's Pov
It was quiet, not a good quiet, it was pretty awkward "so, Tsuki, I remember once somebody mentioned you have a sister…. Where is she?" Alice asked, I remembered that Alice doesn't know about my sister. I looked at Alice "can I punched her now?" I asked, Ojo sighed "nope because you need to lay down" Ojo said, I rolled my eyes "I don't understand, what did I say?" Alice asked "my sister is dead…. Thanks for reminding me" I said, Ojo looked at me in a sympathetic way "sorry, I didn't know…." Alice said.

Kirito's Pov
I got back into the van with a bunch of food. "Hey Eugeo, I'm back" Eugeo looked at me and stood up, he grabbed some bags and helped me put stuff away. "How do I check its durability?" Eugeo asked, I giggled "thats not how it works in this world, food here lasts much longer, the expiry date is here" I pointed at the label, Eugeo nodded "interesting" I told him where to put different things "alright and we're done, let's get going" I said, I got back into the drivers seat and Eugeo sat in the passenger's seat, I started the van and drove away. I got bored and decided to turn on the radio "what is that? How is it playing music?" Eugeo asked, I giggled "it's a radio Eugeo, it picked up on radio waves in the air that are transmitted by radio towers" I explained (I think that's how it works, maybe) Eugeo nodded "interesting" I smiled "now you know how I felt going into your world" I laughed, Eugeo looked up at me "yeah but I couldn't help you…. Sorry" Eugeo whispered "what do you mean, you were tones of help, you explained a lot for me" I said, Eugeo thought about it "hm, I guess your right" he said. We got out of the city.
