Chapter 15

*A few houses later- theyre both hella drunk*

John POV

"Hey! John! Johnny! Joooohhhhnnnn" Alex taps my arms naggingly. I giggle and look at him. "I love youuuu!" He smiles.

"I LOVE YOU TOO!"I smile. He gasps and kisses me. I kiss him back. He pulls away and blushes. "Hey, lets go back to our room" I smirk. He giggles and nods. We walk to the car, and he starts driving. "lexiii youre drunk you cant drive"

"Yesss I cannn!" He giggles. I shake my head and laughs.

"Hold on Ill call Laf" I call Lafayette to come and drive us home. ""Okayyy hes coming now."I smile. Alex looks at me and laughs "What?" I pout.

"nothinggg youre so prettyyy!" He exclaims. I blush and kiss his cheek. He giggles and jumps onto me; he kisses me passionately. I kiss him back in the same way. I feel him smile into the kiss, so I deepen it. He slips his tongue into my mouth, making me moan softly.

He smiles and runs his fingers through my hair. I smile and pulls him closer to me. "Oi lovebirds! Get in the car!" Lafayette yells from his car. Me and Alex both blush and sperate. We get in Lafs car. "mes amies how drunk are you?"

"Were not druuunkkk!" Alex exclaims and sits on my lap. I giggle and lightly kiss his neck. He blushes and plays with my hands. 

"Yeah, clearly not drunk at all" He drives us back to the dorm and we get out of the car. Me and Alex run inside and into my room. He giggles and pushes me onto my bed. I smile and kisses him. He kisses me back passionately.

The next morning

Alex POV

I wake up with a horrible headache. I look around and notice Im not in my room, Im in Johns. I look next to me and see John shirtless and asleep. I slowly get up, squinting at the light from the window. Thats when I notice Im not wearing anything. Shit. I look around for my clothes and put them on. When I walk out everyone is in the living room.

"Oh, youre finally up, have fun last night?"Herc laughs. I roll my eyes and get a glass of water. They all keep looking at me.

"What?" I ask, Maria laughs.

"Dude you have hickeys all over your neck" I blush, and she laughs more.

"Also, what the fuck?! You know Johns gonna be hella upset when he finds out yall slept together, and why the fuck did you get him drunk the day before he has to go to court for Jeffersons trial?" Eliza asks, I could tell she was kinda mad, I dont know why though.

"Wait thats today? Shit, I completely forgot. But dont get mad at me, he needed company, but he didnt wanna talk so we went to a bar, I was not planning on hooking up with him." I reply, she just rolls her eyes. John walks out of his room with only jeans on. I blush a little when I see the marks I left on his chest.

"John, put a shirt on before Alex gets horny, we dont wanna part two of last night" Angelica says. John looks at me confused and I just blush.

"Uh John we um.. we were really drunk last night and..."I look at him and hope I wont have to say it. He looks at me then I assume he realises.

"Shit! Oh fuck Alex Im so sorry I was drunk. It didnt mean anything" I can tell he feels bad, I mean I told him I love him and he said he couldnt date me, Ill admit Im a little upset but I dont blame him.

"Its ok John, I was drunk too so dont worry about it." He smiles a little.

"Omg just get married already!" Laf exclaims. I roll my eyes and throw the remote at him. "is this your way of telling me you want me to control the wedding?"

"No, shut the fuck up. Um John we gotta go to court today" I look at John again he sighs and nods. He walks into this room the comes back out in ripped jeans and a turtle hoodie. Ugh hes adorable its not fair why is he so cuteeeeeeee?!

"Lets just go" We all get up and start walking out "Are you all coming?"He asks. We nod, he sighs and walks out, we follow him. When everyone else is a bit ahead of us john pulls me back, I look at him confused, "Umm Alex I was thinking about it and I decided I-I wanna get better So Ill tell the truth in court" I smile when he says this but before I can say anything he continues "But umm I dont have a lawyer a-and I was wondering cuz you do law i-if youd be my lawyer" He looks down and I can tell hes nervous.

I smile "Of course I will be, but Ill need you to tell me everything that he did"!He nods. The others all take Elizas car so me and John go in mine and on the way he fills me in on everything. Its horrible, I cant believe Jefferson did all that to him. "John Im so sorry all that happened" He just looks down. "You didnt deserve any of that Im so sorry"

"Don't do that" He mumbles.

"What?" I ask

"Don't say you're sorry, don't say I didn't deserve that. I was a horrible boyfriend to him, I did deserve it and either way its not you're fault so you shouldn't be sorry. Its my fault it happened so please just forget about all of it after the trial" He replies. I sigh and look at him but before I can say anything he gets out of the car. "We have to go in now"

I nod and walk with him into the courthouse. We walk up to the front to the table and sit down, Jefferson ad his lawyer are sitting on the table to our left and Peggy, Maria, Angelica, Eliza, Laf and Herc are all behind us were the audience sits. The judge walks in and I see John getting more nervous. I hold his hand, he smiles a little and I get ready to give his opening statement.
