Chapter Twenty

Katsuki pushed his siblings inside the kitchen, effectively dodging Toga's knife that was coming his way. He sent a blast at her, one that would hurt and create a temporary smokescreen, and opened the small window above the sink.

"Run. Don't worry about me, just run. I'll find you, okay?" He whispered to them as he pushed them out the window and onto the try grass below them.

"B-but Suki-"

Katsuki looked behind him and just barely managed to evade a blue fireball. It grazed his neck slightly. He fluffed up his wings and hardened them, to try to shield the children from the villains line of vision. "Kota, take her, now!"

Kota, who had been frozen in place the entire time, blinked slowly and nodded. His eyes teared up as he grabbed a crying Eri and ran as fast as he could, away from Katsuki and the villains.

Katsuki sighed in relief and turned to fight, popping explosions at the villains left and right. He grabbed Toga's arm and the back of her neck, then forced her head forward, into the counter. Blood dripped over her face, but she stood anyway, laughing as if she didn't almost get knocked out.

"Come on! I just want a taste of your blood! You can give it to me, can't you?"

She lodged a knife into Katsuki's right arm, and threw herself forward to lick the blood that spilled out of the wound, only to be stabbed in the stomach by his....finger? She didn't get time to think about it before the mysterious object was thrusted out of her body.

Twice screeched and ran over to her, lifting her onto his back as he left the burning, crumbling building behind and scrambled up a different building nearby, where Shigaraki was no doubt waiting. A purple portal opened up for him, and he jumped inside without hesitation, leaving his teammates behind.

Katsuki was left with the burnt fire user and Ugly-Top-Hat-Guy (A/N- His nickname not mine). He now stood in what used to be their new living room, surrounded by burning furniture and crumbling walls. Dabi smirked, wiping away the liquid that was seeping out of his burnt skin.

"You're pretty powerful, kid. I haven't fought like this on a long time." He put his hand forward, ready to launch a blast of fire at Katsuki. "Not that I really care if you do or anything, but why don't you join that man child's shitty group? What does he call it? The 'League of Villains'?"

Katsuki got into a fighting stance. "Not a chance, shit head."

Dabi chuckled. "I'm glad you say that. Because now I have a reason to kill you."

Suddenly, the wall that was barely holding itself up from when the villains came plowing through blasted away. Katsuki's eyes widened. 'Heroes,' he thought. He watched, dumbfounded as heroes ranging from old to about his age   surrounded him. He could here the screams of civilians from outside, and for the first time, he became hyper aware of both the situation and his surroundings.

Katsuki was in a burning building, filled with innocent people.

Katsuki was with a villain.

Katsuki's siblings were no where to be seen.

He drew in a deep breath and turned away, with the intention to run for his life. That plan didn't go well, however, when her was grabbed from behind by a  figure that was much larger than he, and pinned to the ground.

He struggled wildly, and even started to stab the person with his hardened feathers. It did nothing but make the figure force him further into the ground.

"All Might! What are you doing!"

Katsuki froze. All Might? He heard about that guy a few times from Ernie, and if he remembered correctly, he used to look up to the guy when he was little. He even used to tell Ernie,"All Might will save me! You'll see! And then hell blast you all the way to hell!"
