🕊Chapter Thirty-Four: Bootcamp 🕊

"Unbelievable. Poor Shiemi. She's running around like an errand girl."

Alaina frowned, standing behind me as she held her hands behind her back. "Yeah, I noticed that too."

Yukio looked over to us from my spot on the lower step to the entrance of our dorm. "What?" He questioned.

I shook my head, "Nothing. So, why are we having boot camp at our dorm anyway?"

"It's convenient, and besides, we're the only ones living here, so we won't be disturbing anyone. It's going to be fine." He replied, looking back ahead.

We looked forward, seeing our classmates arriving at the dorm. "Good morning! Your class has arrived." Shima greeted with his hand up in a motionless wave.

They all looked at the building with either disgust or surprise. Or even both.

"Good morning, everyone." Yukio greeted.

Suguro looked around, staring at the dorm building, "Seriously? This thing looks like something out of a horror movie."

"Wow, it's so creepy. And ugly. Was this the best place we could find to do this?" Izumi complained before looking back to Shiemi, holding up her bag. "Oh. Take it."

Shiemi didn't even hesitate.

I grunted, staring in irritation at the scene.

Alaina now stood next to me, frowning. "Kamiki is taking advantage of her... All Shiemi wants is a friend. She's so naive..."

It was true. Sheiemi was very naive. Not long after, after Yukio took attendance he called everyone inside.

"Times up! Turn your paper's over and hand them in, please."

Everyone let out an exhausted groan and did as told, flipping their papers over from the test we just completed. It was getting dark. We have been taking that test for nearly four hours.

"Thank god it's over."

"That took forever."

Rin stood up, brain wore out from thinking so hard for so long. "I'm gonna go get some air... Later."

"Good idea..."

"I want everyone up by Six-a.m tomorrow. That'll give us an hour before we start class to go over the answers to the test."

Rin paused at the door, turning around with a dead expression. "Demon. Sadist."

I whined, slightly, my tired eyes closing as I fell onto my back, spreading my arms out like a starfish. "You're evil. You know that, Yukio?"

Kamiki stood up from her spot at the long table, smiling down at her friend, "Paku. Let's go take a bath."

Shiemi perked up, instantly wanting to join her 'friends'. "Oh! I want to go!"

I was too exhausted to bathe. Knowing me, I'd probably fall asleep and drown myself.

"Are you going to join them, Alaina?"

I looked over, seeing Shima staring at me, awaiting my response. I shook my head, "I'm too tired." I stood up, dusting off any dust that might have stuck to my jeans. "I might later."
