The chatter in the class was hard for Lucy to ignore, still healing her arms were bandaged and her head pounded every time someone got too loud. Earlier she had gone to Recovery girl to get her help to finish up the healing process since the doctors at the hospital couldn't get a quirk to speed up the healing around her arms. The results had been fairly the same, except for the killer headache she got. Wendy was the only one who seemed to be able to heal around her arms but it drained Wendy faster than normal so she was only able to heal Lucy in the evenings. The healing process was also very slow.

"Who do you think will be teaching homeroom?" someone asked, Lucy didn't know their voices well enough to tell who it was.

"I don't know Aizawa sensei was hurt badly, ribbit, I don't think he will be here today," Was another person's reply.

Lucy couldn't help but smirk, they were in for a shock. As long as Aizawa was still conscious and could move he would be at class, despite his attitude he took teaching seriously. So when she heard the door to the class slide open Lucy raised her head to see the shocked expressions of the other students. Scrambling the students still standing found their seats.

Closer to the front of the class  Uraraka raised her hand, "Aizawa sensei, is it ok for you to be teaching with your injuries?"

"That is irrelevant when there is something more important approaching." Wendy frowned when Aizawa said his pain was irrelevant, meanwhile, the whole class was on the edge of their seats with worry, "It is my job is to tell you about the Sports Festival. You all need to train for it, this will be your chance to get noticed by hero agencies, and if you're lucky get a request for you to do your internships with them."

"But isn't it too dangerous after the attack?" Another student asked, who Lucy couldn't see.

"Security will be increased since this is too big of an event to cancel," Aizawa informed them, easing most of the students worry.

The tension quickly left the class when the student's bursting into celebration. Chattering with their neighbors about it. Midoriya was mumbling to himself about how the sports festival had replaced the Olympics. Lucy didn't share their excitement, she had seen all of the festivals with Aizawa or Yamada the previous years, but most of all she dreaded participating. The Grand Magic games still left her in a bad mood and she did not want a repeat of it. Aizawa was able to easily silence the class when he glared at them as he told the class to calm down. After that classes procceded as normal, making it difficult for Lucy not to doze off once her head decided to stop assaulting her. When Luch rolled around Lucy glared at the bell which caused her head to attack her again at full force.

"Are you alright Lucy?" a sweet voice asked as a cool hand covered her forehead.

"Hmm, maybe after that milkshake you promised me I will be."Lucy hummed, leaning into the hand, "And when the bell stops trying to kill me."

"Did the visit to Recovery girl go bad?" Wendy asked keeping her voice soft.

"Mhm, but this time I got a headache from the sudden drain of energy."

"Maybe I should heal you?" Wendy suggested glancing at the door when a crowd started to form, "I don't think Papa will mind if I explain why."

"No I am fine, it is too hard on you to heal me during the day." Lucy stood up determined, "Besided some delicious food will perk me right up!"

Steadying herself on Wendy when she stood, Lucy fought the dizziness as she forced her feet to move.

Her progress was stopped by a blockade of classmates, "What's going on?"
