Principal Nezu happily explained what they were going to do. Lucy listened patiently without interrupting the whole time principal Nezu was talking. She nodded satisfied with the plan.

"Alright everything sounds good but I just have two questions?"

Nezu motioned for her to ask.

"Ok, first I am almost 100% sure Natsu, Gray, and Erza were brought here, and if not then somewhere similar. If they are here could we get some help finding them?" Lucy asked a determined look on her face and a hopeful Wendy by her side.

Nezu calculated the question before he promised: "We will do everything in our power to find your friends if they are here."

Lucy's whole body sagged in relief as she said: "Thank you."

"This is a school for heroes. We would be a disgrace if we didn't help you out."

"Ok,-" she said with a nod, she pulled herself back together to a more business-like posture she subconsciously took on from her father, "-my second question is why did I turn 13? Before we got here I was 19."

This time Recovery Girl answered, chipboard in hand: " I am afraid we don't know the answer to that."

Covering her chocolate eyes with the palms of her hands as she hunched over, Lucy forced back the flood of emotions that threatens to break free, she sighed heavily. Wendy scooted closer so she could hug the other girl, as Carla placed a small paw on her knee. Aizawa watched the whole exchange quietly, noting how their bond isn't a normal friendship, no their bond was forged and hardened through hardship. Suddenly he was a little more willing to take the girls in, protect them even.

" That is alright, I can deal with this!" Lucy announced as she looked up a determined spark alit in her eyes, " If I am young then the people who sent us here are as well!"

Wendy giggled softly at the joke as Carla just shook her head, trying to hide the small smile on her lips. Though stone-faced, Aizawa was starting to gain a soft spot for the girls who were ripped out of their world and thrown into a strange unfamiliar one all while losing their other friends. Unlike most kids or people in that manner, they were staying calm and collected, taking everything in without panicking.

"If you girls are feeling up to it, Recovery Girl and I would like to run a few quirk tests?" Nezu asked when the girls had stopped giggling at each other.

When Aizawa noticed their hesitation, he quickly butted in before Nezu could use his twisted ways to get the girls to do it: "How about tomorrow? They have been through enough already, they need time to rest and acclimate. Don't you agree, Recovery Girl?"

As Recovery Girl agreed, Aizawa shot Nezu a victorious grin as he won this time. Nezu just glanced at Aizawa with a dangerous glint in his beady eyes before looking back to the girls, who Recovery Girl was giving a final check-up on. A cold sweat began to form as he realized he had just gotten himself into a dangerous tug-o-war with Nezu over the girls. Shaking off the feeling of impending dread Aizawa turned his attention back to his new family.

"Looks like they are all ready to go!" Recovery Girl announced, snapping Aizawa back to reality, " With lots of rest and food, the girls should be as good as new."

"Thank you, ma'am," both Lucy and Wendy said in unison as they bowed politely.

Nodding to them, Recovery Girl gently pushed the girls towards the door as she said: " Why don't you three wait for Aizawa outside, there is something I need to tell him and the principal in private."

They complied and walked out of the room, the moment the door closed Recovery Girl took on a sickly sweet smile that screamed trouble.

" The next time either of you uses me as a scapegoat in your little power struggle over them I will make you regret it," with the threat hanging in the air Recovery Girl got to work taking the sheet off of the bed's Lucy and Wendy sleep in.
