The Genocidal Bug

(Universe 0000003, Third Person P.O.V.)

Deep in the darkest corners of space there is species that is feared by all. They are a species of bug like creatures that seem to only want one thing, destruction. For that they have been called The Annilihus because of their love for annihilation. They were born a very, very long time ago.

(In an Dark Castle, Ancient Times)

The Oni were losing a war, they were nearly extinct. Their enemies, The Lightwalkers, were able to wipe to floor with them. Their powers of light were able to dispel the darkness the Oni were made from. The Oni however weren't ready to give in and end. "Is it ready yet?" An Oni asked what looked like a witch doctor who they had chained by the leg. "It's almost done, I need a little more time, just don't hurt me." The doctor said. Suddenly another Oni came running in. "Sir!" He yelled to the the other Oni. "What is it?" The leader asked. "The Lightwalkers are here, they trying to burst in here as we speak. "He told the the leader. The leader eye glowed red in anger. "Send Prince Erebus through that portal you saw awhile ago, if we fall we need to make sure one of us survives." He told his compatriot. The Oni nodded and ran out of the lab room. The witch doctor was using some sort of dark magic on what looked like insect eggs. "You better hurry up, or else!" The leader told the doctor. The doctor then shot a beam of dark energy to the eggs, causing them grow with a dark aura. Before anything else could happen however, a beam light burst down the door to the lab. "NO!" The leader yelled out. "It's over Ebony, you and your reign of darkness is over.' A echidna came with a light orb in hand. "It won't end like this Alina." Ebony told the echidna. Just as he said the eggs behind Ebony and the witch doctor were glowing purple. Alina and the other Lightwalkers didn't notice however and aimed their staffs at Ebony. "It's over, all your warriors have been dealt with, you have no one left." Alina said. "You couldn't be more wrong." Ebony said as he morphed his arm into blade and charged at them. They all instantly open fired at Ebony. "You will feel the wrath of the Oni..." Ebony said before dropping to the ground and fading to a purple puff smoke. Alina then looked at the eggs and realized they were glowing. "What in the name of the gods?" She said to herself as the eggs grew bigger and glowed even more. The eggs started to crack open. Alina and the other Lightwalkers aimed their staffs at the eggs. When they hatched the first Annilihus and it instantly started to attack the Lightwalkers. The rest of the eggs hatched as well and the Annilihus were quickly overwhelming the Lightwalkers. "Retreat, they are too many!" Alina yelled out as the Annilihus just kept coming at them. While they were running away from them Alina noticed some sort of portal under the hallway they were running in. "Take position at the end of the hall, when I see fire shoot the columns." Alina ordered the others. The Annilihus started to swarm trough the hallway. "NOW!" Alina yelled out. As she said all the remaining Lightwalkers fired at the columns, making the ceiling collapse and fall on top of the Annilihus, sending all of them were hit into the rift. "That took care of that." Alina said. The roof of the castle starting to collapse in on them too. "Hurry, get out of here!" Alina ordered the remaining Lightwalkers. By the time they escaped Alina was the only one left. She starting to walk away, think that the Oni and whatever they created were gone for good. Little did she know it didn't do a thing to stop either of them permanently.

(Present Time, Universe 0358371)

The Annilihus were still alive, in new universe, and they quickly began making a name for themselves. They destroyed anything in their path for years, not taking orders from anyone but the leading Annilihus, the current leader people called Insectos. They attacked everyone they ever saw, showing no mercy. Things were like that for awhile until one day, the Annilihus found their true leader. Insectos was leading another attack on yet another world, things were normal until Insectos felt a presence behind him. He turned around and did an unholy screech, only to find a metallic hedgehog with a pink gem in it's chest. Insectos's first thought was to attack but then he stopped when he heard a voice. "Stop." The voice said. Insectoid looked behind the metallic hedgehog and saw something he never thought he would see, an Oni. Insectos immediately knelt down to the Oni. "Erebus, looks like we found you what you were looking for." The metallic hedgehog spoke out. "This is even better than I could've imagined." The Oni responded. "We're gonna so much fun." Erebus said as he went to Insectos. "Just know you also take orders from him, Rinsin." Erebus told Insectos. Insectos nodded and then stood up. "The Annilihus are now with us, Erebus you will be the one leading them normally." Rinsin told Erebus before opening a portal. Erebus had a huge grin on his face. "We're going to have so much fun."
