It had been a couple of weeks since Mason and Jay had broken up as Jay had caught Mason talking to someone and had saw that they had been talking while they were together which hurt him. He had kept quiet about until he had finally snapped and ended things with him, not talking to him again as he stayed distanced from the others as well and stayed home a lot or hung out with his other friends. He had saw on social media that Mason had ran to the girl he was talking to as soon as they had split which hurt him more but never showed it and had tried his best to keep up with his uploading schedule so his fans wouldn't suspect anything was wrong with him. He had saw on social media that mason had posted about her all the time, he had unfollowed him so he wouldn't see it anymore on his timeline which sparked the attention of his fans as he saw posts about fan theories about them breaking up and saw some fans didn't believe it.
[Until One Day]
Jay had finally went over to misfits house as he was going over there to film a video with the others since they hadn't posted in a long time on the misfits channel. He had kept quiet when he walked into the house since he still had a key and was slightly wet from the rain outside, hearing the others in the living room as he walked into the room and stood at the doorway when he saw mason with an arm around his girlfriend which made his heart ache but made it look like nothing bothered him so nobody would worry about him. He leans against the doorway as he waved when the others greeted him and gave them a small smile
Mason had heard the others greet Jay as he looked over at him and noticed the somewhat sad look on his face which made him worry but knew it was his fault. He gave Jay a small wave as he heard his name get call and looked over at his girlfriend, listening to her talk about something and waved her goodbye since she was leaving for the day. He looks at the others as he smiled at them "What are we filming today?" he tilts his head in confusion while holding onto the cup of tea in his hand
Fitz smiles as he clapped his hands together gently "Today we are filming a challenge video..cause we were challenged by chad in one of his videos." he said, sounding excited as he stood up "We have everything set up at the office so lets go!"
[towards the end of the video]
Jay was watching Mason and Swagger try their best to chug an entire milk jug but stepped back slightly when he saw them both get sick as he shook his head while watching them, and got concerned for mason when he kept getting sick but was relived when he had stopped but saw the look on fitzs face for swagger when he kept getting sick but then felt better as well but saw the look of relief on everyone when they both stopped feeling sick. He heard it was the end of the video as he stood behind the table next to Matt and Tobi, knowing it was their last challenge of the video as they all dumped water on their heads as he had kept the bucket on his head but was now soaked from the water along with the others except for Mason who was in the car.
[a few hours go by]
Jay was standing in the kitchen as he was in dry clothes now and was talking to Tobi about something when he heard Mason on the phone with his girlfriend which caused him to go quiet which was noticeable by tobi but told her that he was okay. He grabbed his keys and his phone as he waved her goodbye, walking fast by mason and left the house but didn't know mason had gotten off the phone to follow him until he heard him say his name as he looked at him while he stood at the driver door of his car and felt tears form in his eyes "what the hell do you want?" he said, sounding hurt as he grabbed the handle on his car
Mason didn't take his eyes off of Jay as he puts his hands in his pockets and heard the hurt in his voice which made him sad "i was just gonna ask if you were okay..i don't ever hear from you anymore and you only talk to the others.." he said, stepped back when he saw a slightly angry look on jay which was rare since he had barely ever gotten mad
Jay shook his head as he took his hand off of his car door handle once he had opened it "well, i wonder why. You hurt me Mason..you moved on so fucking quickly and ran to her so fast after we called it quits. You talked to her while we were together! I thought we were gonna be forever and i thought i was finally happy with someone but nope..you fell for her so quickly. I was there for you during everything, i made sure to make time for you but for half of that you were always busy and you were probably with her! I still love you mason." He said, getting into his car before mason could stop him as he started his car and pulled out of the driveway as he speeds off, feeling tears in his eyes but wiped them so he could drive
Mason felt his heart hurt as he had heard what Jay had said before he left him, not knowing if he will ever see him again.
Jay still loved him. He still loved Jay but didn't know what to do.
He had to get him back somehow but knew it would be difficult.
