Jay looked slightly annoyed as he was standing in the cold and shivered slightly since he was cold due to it being winter in Australia. He looked down at his phone as the time read 8pm, Mason was late again picking him up from the store since he needed to get some things there for a misfits video since they were going to record a video for the first time in a few months for the channel. He puts his phone away in his pocket as he held onto the bag in his hand, looking down at the ground and felt hurt "I should just walk home at this point..he's probably already at home" He said, walking down the street while staring at the ground as it began to light rain which made it worse since it was already cold outside, he glanced up when he saw Masons car coming down the street and stops in his tracks
Mason saw Jay walking down the street as he felt bad for making Jay walk in the rain, he pulls up beside him and looked at him when he entered the car looking angry with him "Sorry I timed it wrong..okay? I thought you said 30 minutes not 20."
Jay shook his head when he noticed a hickey on his neck, he felt his heart break into two. The man he had been dating for 3 years now, cheated. He knew that he didn't put that there since they hadn't done anything like that in about a week "What the hell is that on your neck Mason? I didn't do that."
Mason panicked when he saw Jay had noticed his neck and thought he had hid it as he began to drive back to the misfits house "Its nothing..just a one time thing. it won't happen again Jay."
Jay stayed quiet for the rest of the car ride as he looked out the window, extremely hurt by Masons actions. The man he loved, threw away their 3 years of being together. He watched as the rain hit the street as they turned down their road, he couldn't wait to he home so he could run to his room and lock himself inside.
[a few days go by..]
Jay was sitting in his room as he hadn't talked to Mason in a few days since he was still upset with him, he was playing a game with some friends of his as they were having having good time and laughs softly at something that was said. He looked at his door went he saw Mason enter the room, leaving the call so the others wouldn't hear "What do you want?"
Mason walked over to him but stayed a bit aways from him as he looked at him "I wanna know why you've been avoiding me the past few days Jay.."
"Its for a reason Mason..you cheated on me! I saw the hickey the other night, that wasn't from me. You hurt me and threw away 3 years! I can't do this anymore..we're done for good this time. I'm not coming back to you this time." Jay said as he broke down crying and pointed at the door for Mason to leave the room, watching him leave the room. He sat back down in his chair and slides his headphones back on, hearing his friends ask if he was alright as he said that he was fine, he wiped his eyes and held back tears so he wouldn't cry on the discord call
[a few months go by]
Jay was sitting in a friend's house as he had been there for a few days since he hadn't seen them in a long time and was watching something on the TV, waiting for them to return since they had went to the store. He lays back against a pillow that was behind him and felt his eyes grow heavy as he got tired but tried his best to stay awake since he wanted to ask his friend something. He sighed and turned off the TV and stood up, going to the kitchen when he heard the door open and looked over at his friend Lannan who had walked in "You're finally back" he laughed slightly and helped him with the groceries that he had as he felt his heart flutter but quickly pushed the feelings away since he wasn't ready for a relationship at the time. He looked over at Lannan as he pulls himself onto the counter and sat there, looking away as his eyes went to the floor while smiling
