Chapter 1: Seeing Jake and Santiago

It was a beautiful day on The Floating Palace. Amber and Sofia were playing cards while James and his King Roland were keeping a lookout for anything that could be headed their way. "I win!" Sofia said. "Darn it Sofia! Why can't I ever be the winner?" Amber huffed. "Don't worry Amber. With a little practice, you might be able to win!" Sofia said. Amber smiled, "Thanks for believing in me Sofia," Amber said. "No problem! That's what sisters are for!" Sofia said and hugged Amber. James came down the stairs. "Sofia, where is Jake? I thought you said he was the second star to the right." James asked. "Ugh, remember James! Jake and his crew moved to land to have time to see Sofia," Amber said hastily. "Ohhhhh right," James said. James opened the map and realized that they seemed to be going the wrong way. "Uh guys, aren't we supposed to be going North?" James asked. Just then, the Floating Palace stopped. "We're here!" King Roland said. The place didn't looked like Jake's island but was much bigger than his. "You think we made a wrong turn?" Queen Miranda asked. "I thought we did but..." King Roland was saying until a noise was heard. "Ahoy Sofia!" Swinging down from his rope was Captain Jake the pirate. "Jake!" Sofia said as Jake came down from his rope. Sofia gave Jake a bear hug. "So great to see you again!" Sofia said as she stopped hugging Jake. King Roland and Queen Miranda along with Amber and James walked up to Jake. "Your majesties," Jake bowed. "Hey Jake good to see you!" James said as he and Jake did their secret handshake. "I hate to interrupt the bromance, but where are we?" Amber asked. "Good question!" Jake said. Suddenly, a little yellow frog landed in Amber's hair. "Amber, you may want to fix your hair." James snickered. "Why? What's in my...?" Amber asked. Amber noticed a small yellow frog in her hair and started freaking out. "Ah!!! Get it off!" Amber screamed as the frog jumped off and landed on another person's hand. "Kiko, you're not jumping on our friends are you?" said the other person. "Coqui!" Kiko said. "Awww, what a cute little frog!" Sofia said. "Your majesties, I would like you to meet my good friend Santiago of the Seas," Jake said. "It's nice to meet you Santiago! I'm Sofia and these are my step siblings, Amber and James! These are also my mom and stepdad, King Roland and Queen Miranda," Sofia said. "Wow! I never knew we were in the presence of royalty!" Santiago bowed. "Jake has told me a lot about you and your family Sofia. My grandpa has set up a room for your majesties, follow me!" Santiago said. Santiago introduced the Enchancia family to his grandpa and they unpacked in their hotel on Santiago's island. Sofia stayed on Bucky the ship with Jake while Amber and James stayed with Santiago on his ship.
