Jake kept following the dabloon trail until he stopped in the alleyway. He got out his sword and scanned the area. "Hello?" he called out. Just then, he saw a shadow come out from behind the wall. "Stay back!" Jake called out. "Put that down and you won't get hurt," said the voice. "Who are you? Show yourself!" Jake yelled. "I know your not Peter Pan," Jake said. The voice cackled. Jake spun around and saw a guy standing there. "I never knew a pirate could be this scared! Put down your weapon and we can talk," said the voice. Jake was unsure what to do. "Where are my manners? The name's Ercole Visconti and I run this town," said Ercole. Jake gulped. "What do you want?" Jake asked Ercole. "Oh just a little revenge on what a certain sea monster did to me at the Portorosso cup!" Ercole said angrily banging his fist. "A sea monster?! So the legend is true. I thought it was just a myth," Jake said. Ercole started crying. Jake was curious about what was going on. "What are you trying to hide?" Jake questioned. "Would I be hiding something if a sea monster did this?!" Ercole said as he put down an old piece of newspaper of sea monsters killing humans. "My dream...it's real or it could be! I gotta warn the others,"  Jake said. Ercole blocked his path. "Yes there is a sea monster living among us. But I have a proposition you may want to hear," Ercole smirked. "I'm listening," Jake said. "If only there was someone who could only kill this sea monster and get what I deserve! Now, you said this is a fishy town. Feast your eyes on, what do you call, my evidence," Ercole said as he showed pictures of Alberto in his sea monster form to Jake. "Amber's boyfriend?! I knew he was up to something," Jake said. "Not for long! Your job is to kill the sea monster and I'll, I mean we'll, do the rest. Once you get that sea monster, lure his girlfriend to me and we'll get all the treasure and riches we deserve!" Ercole chuckled. "Are you sure about this?" Jake asked. Ercole laughed and sat Jake down. "Listen to me pirate..." Ercole said and started to sing:

Don't make me laugh!
Don't make me laugh!
My funny friend,
Don't make me bend in half!

Don't be a card, sir,
Don't mess with Erc!

Don't make me laugh so hard that you begin to ache!
Don't make me laugh,

Don't pull my leg,
May I suggest you would do best to beg!

If you say, "No", sir,
If you refuse,
This is your notice that I refuse to lose

Say, "Yes", my friend, and go with a winner
Believe me: that would be wiser

Say, "No", poor pirate, and you're a shark's dinner
And Alberto's the appetizer

Get the picture?
Don't make me laugh,
Or slap my knee

I'm no hyena,
So pirate,
What'll it be?

Right this way to the Ercole Estate, or write your epitaph?
You choose your fate,
Don't make me wait,
And my friend...don't make me laugh!

Ha-ha-ha-ha!

"So what will it be pirate? Deal or no deal?" Ercole asked him. Jake hesitated but wanted to do it for the safety of his friends. "Alright deal," Jake said as he shook Ercole's hand. "Excellent," Ercole sneered.
