10 : Truth Revealed

I saw my reflection in the mirror.

"Am I looking good?" I asked my maid, who was more of a friend to me.

"Of course Mam. You're looking beautiful!"

I took a deep breath.

I was invited by the Kim family for a dinner. So, I was a bit nervous, although there was nothing to be nervous about.

I and Taehyung had became really good friends and I also became comfortable with his family. But still, I felt nervous...

After reaching the Kim Mansion, there was a grand welcome for me. All the people there greeted me nicely.

"Hey Y/N, what type of style do you like?" Mrs Kim asked me at the dinner table.

"I am just comfortable with formal style and maybe casual style also," I answered shyly.

"Yeah hyung also loved the casual style!" Taehyung said excitedly.

Everyone at the dinner table glared at him.

I was confused.

After the dinner finished, I and Taehyung took a short walk in his garden.

"So, how's your brother's business going in the U.S?" I asked Taehyung, who was looking a bit upset.

"I don't know. We are not in touch," he said with a low voice.

"Why?"

"Just family problems you know. But I miss him!"

"Why don't you just search for him?"

"I tried but I failed. I love him so much, yet there's nowhere I could find him."

"Maybe he's a big man like you now. Maybe his business has grown well!"

"That can't happen!!"

"Why?" I was shocked. Why it can't happen?
He just ignored my question and walked away.

I was very confused by the behaviour of the Kims.

Anyways, I bid them goodbye and went back to my house.

As soon as I entered, my father was sitting there, maybe waiting for me.

"Yah Y/Naah" he screamed.

"What?" I didn't show any interest.

"I recently checked our position in the share market. And guess what? We are losing points!! You are not looking after the company well!"

He started accusing me, out of nowhere. What the hell did he want?

"I'm sorry Appa. I will look after it carefully from now on." I said and walked to my room.

I sat on the bed, annoyed. But these days I didn't get irritated by Appa's words since Jin told me to ignore his harsh words. Oh yes, Jin! I was missing him so much!

So...I went there cause, why not?

But this time, I had to take a cab since no driver was available at that time.

I happily walked inside the coffee shop and saw him sitting there. Oh, I missed him so much!! If it was possible for me, I would have stayed there always and adored him. Wait, was I falling in love?

"Here for a coffee?" he asked.

I was so much full that there was not even a teeny weeny space in my stomach for a coffee.
