One of the M.Es is putting Ian in a body bag as Kono looks at him kneeling down before standing up teary eyed

"I want this entire beach on lockdown. Nobody leaves until we give the order." Steve said as Faith and Danny walk up

"This place is crazy. All these people--you'd think it was the super bowl." Danny said as Faith sighs.

"It's Hawaii. The Coral Prince Championship is our super bowl." Steve said.

"Grace keeps asking me for surfing lessons. I told her no chance." Danny said.

"What? You got something against surfing now?" Steve asked.

"I don't have anything against surfing. I have something against sharks, skin cancer. Anything involving my daughter wearing a bikini." Danny said as Chin walks up to them.

"Hey, it's confirmed. Victims Ian Adams. He's the CEO of The Coral Prince biggest surf brand in the world. He was riding a wave when he took a shot to the chest. So far, nobody's seen or heard where the shot came from." Chin said.

"It should be easy. Come on. It's a nationally televised event, right? We got to have cameras on it, something panning over the crowd." Danny said

"All the cameras were pointed towards the water for the competition." Chin said.

"We're interviewing the other surfers in case Ian wasn't the target." He added.

"Wait a minute. Did you catch the surf report this morning?" Steve asked.

"Can I ask you what that has to do with anything?" Danny asked 

"Just wait." Steve said.

"Yeah, five to eight, swells from the west, light trades." Chin said.

"That would put the peak about 50 yards out, right? Moving target, hit center mass. Come on. That's no lucky shot." Steve said.

"Trained sharpshooter, your thinking." Danny said.

"Maybe. And whoever was doing the shooting, Ian was definitely the mark." Steve said.

"This is gonna be hard on Kono."  Chin said

"Why's that? She know the vic?" Danny asked

"Yeah. Ian signed Kono to a Coral Prince contract when she was about 15. He was really like a second father to her. She was actually riding for the team when she blew out her knee. But instead of dumping her after that, Ian covered everything: surgery, rehab, all of it, even though he knew she was never gonna compete again." Chin said as Kono walks up to them

"You okay?" Steve asked.

"Yeah, I wanna go to the Coral Prince house talk to the team get statements." Kono said holding back tears.

"Kono we can cover this one for you." Danny said.

"No I want this one." Kono said and walks away leaving the others to watch after her with heavy sighs.

"I hate it when rich people get killed." Danny said

"Why?" Steve asked as Faith gets sucked into her thought.

"They got something that everybody wants." Danny said.

"Yeah, money." Steve said.

"Which means plenty of suspects." Chin said

"This is great, I have to work on my birthday." Faith grumbled making Danny smirk and roll his eyes.

"Poor you." He said with a laugh.
