Faith's POV
Steve, Danny, Chin and I are at HQ in the main room, Chin is showing a view of Ian being shot.
"This is the view from the cameraman down in the sand. Essentially, that's the angle at which the spectators from the beach were watching. Look at the way he falls; back and to the left." Chin said as he shows how Ian fell.
"There's no way that shot came from the beach. The bullet came from above." Steve said looking at us
"One of the houses maybe." Danny said.
"Maybe." Chin said.
"The M.E said the angle of entry was about 30 degrees." Kono said as she walks in.
We look at her
"Hey Kono." I said walking over pulling her into a hug backing away walking back to the others standing next to Danny.
"Cuz, I didn't see you there." Chin said as he turns off the video.
Kono looks at the pictures of Ian.
"Hey, Kono, listen, why don't you sit this one out, just take the day." Steve said
"No, I'm fine." Kono said and I sigh lightly.
"Cuz take the day." Chin said
"You know, I can't do that." Kono said
"Part of doing this job is knowing when you're not the one to do the job." Chin said and Kono looks at him before walking away.
Chin walks back over as the rest of us look down.
"She's good." He said.
"Alright. Shooter." Steve said and Chin shows a map talking to us about the angle of entry.
"Alright, so if the angle of entry is roughly 30 degrees...that puts the bullet's trajectory here." Chin said showing us where the shot came from.
"Okay so that shot came from the Pupukea ridgeline above the houses." Steve said.
"Yeah. The only problem is there are no roads going in or out."Chin said and Steve looks at him as Danny sighs.
"We don't need roads." Steve said as Danny and I share a look.
"Oh god."
Third Person...
Chin and Steve are riding down a dirt road on dirtbikes

Faith's POV
I sigh as I look up from my desk in my office seeing Kono sitting at her desk holding a charm.
I smile seeing Danny walking to her office as I stand up leaving my office going to her office as well, Danny knocks on the door and she looks up noding.
"Hey." Danny and I said as we walk in and she smiles at us.
"What are you doing here? Boss told you to beat it, huh?" Danny said
"Look Danny and I really don't want to see that face he makes when we don't do what he tells us to do, Danny calls it his constipated look." I said with a laugh as Danny laughs and Kono smiles a little.
"I know." She said and we walk in front of her desk
"Hey...Hey, you can not blame yourself, okay?" Danny asked.
"Okay. I just felt helpless out there." Kono said.
"I know. Cops are supposed to come in and save the day, but sometimes we just can't." Danny said and nod with a little shrug.
