I went down to fill water at 11 pm,.. I was going to put the vessels in the sink, when I noticed that the food was as it was.
We had Mary, cooking.. I used to eat whenever I wanted and Sree would when she comes home from her office.

It was 11 pm, wasn't she here, some work maybe.. I went to sleep..
I woke up at 2 30 am.. I wasn't able to sleep... I took a walk and noticed that.. The kitchen light was still on..

Maybe she didn't eat... I went to her room.. And opened the door slightly.. She wasn't here? It was 2:30 am.

Why do I care, I should go sleep..
I moved to my room.. Should I call her..
No way!

I went to the kitchen.. And stood with my hands on my forehead.. What do I do..

I heard the door open and looked at it.. She came in,.. Her eyes opened wide looking at me..

I went to her.. What was she thinking of herself!

"What is the time? ", I asked sternly

I finally reached the house at 2 40am. I opened the door with my key

I was surprised to see him, standing near the kitchen.. He came to me.

" What is the time? ", he asked.. Looking at me angrily

" There is a clock there, look at it", I said

"Don't! Its 2 40 am, and you are coming home now! "He said

" Since when do you care about when I leave or come", I asked

"I don't care, where and when you go out or come, but this isn't a hotel, this is a home! ", he said

" Really? Doesn't feel like home ", I said

" Look Sree,.. "He said closing his eyes..

" You can go and come back anytime and anywhere.. But.. If something happens to you, everyone will ask me,,.. What do you want me to tell", he said

"So, do you know something called phone, message me, that you will be late or where you are", he said

Does he care... About me.. Or is he telling this for his mom..

" Message? "I asked...

He wants me to message him? Does he understand I'm his wife?

" Why didn't you call me if you were so concerned" I asked

"I can't be going behind you, this is your responsibility.. ", he said

" So.. It means the same thing applies to you.. You message too" I said

"Me? What can happen to me", he said

" So why me alone, ", I said staring at him

He sighed. " Ok.. Ill.. Go sleep now", he said

I couldn't sleep... I hadn't been able to sleep for many days... It was because of the dreams.. The nightmares..

I was smiling.. Looking at the sea... Everything was good.. I was happy.. I don't know why..
I felt someone behind me, she hugged me from behind... "I love you", she said..
I couldn't remember her voice,.. I couldn't see.. Her...

I felt her lips on mine, soft like petals, warming up my body... I wanted her...
I kissed her back...

She then stopped me... " I have to go ", she said
