It was a lovely morning on the ocean.

The water was cool, clear and blue.

It was a wonderful day for sailing.

A lot of sailors were out at sea fishing.

They sang as they fished and hoisted the sail.

I'll tell you a tale of the bottomless blue

And it's hey to the starboard, heave ho

Look out and a mermaid be waiting for you

In mysterious fathoms below

Prince Eric was on that very ship.

"Isn't this great? The salty sea air, the wind blowing in your face? Perfect day to be at sea" he said.

"A fine strong wind and a wonderful sea. King Triton must be a friendly titan." said another sailor

"King Triton?" said Eric.

"Ruler of the merpeople, lad. Thought every good sailor knew about him" said a fisherman.

"Merpeople. Eric, pay no attention to this nautical nonsense" said Eric's friend Sir Grimsby.

"But it ain't nonsense, it's the truth! I'm telling ya, down in the depths of the ocean they all live" said the fisherman.

He threw a fish into the ocean.

Suddenly, the boat stopped moving.

"What just happened?" said the sailor.

"We've run aground" said Eric.

"Where are we?" said Grimsby.

"It looks like Australia" said the fisherman.

"No! We couldn't be in Australia. Could we?" said Eric.
