She went to her potion counter and said "Well, it's time Ursula took matters into her own tentacles"
Ursula made a new human-transformation potion and said the magic words.
"Cook's daughters will be mine. And then I'll make him writhe. I'll see him wiggle like the Wiggles on television and wriggle like a worm on a hook!" she said.
Then she transformed becoming thinner and prettier.
