The girls were following the slime trails again.
It was sunset on the second day.
"There's gotta be a better way to defeat that Slugasaurus and save Daddy" said Belle.
"It's getting late. We really should head home" said Livvy.
The girls headed in the direction of their house, and they found Eric playing his recorder.
"Girls. What are you doing out here? I thought your dad was dying and you were trying to help him" said Eric.
"He is. We figured the only way to save him was to stop the Slugasaurus." said Belle.
"And we still can't find a way to get Ariel back her voice or find you your mermaid" said Livvy.
"How do you even know about her?" said Eric.
"Grimsby told us about her. We've been trying to find her all this time" said Livvy.
"Do you have any idea what she looked like?" said Belle.
"The truth is... no. I only remember her voice. Because who could forget it? It was so beautiful" said Eric.
"Gee" said Belle.
Just then, Eric and the three girls heard singing in the distance.

Ah-ah-ah-ah-ah-ah
The girl who was singing came to Eric and said "We meet again"
"Are you..." said Eric.
"Yes. I saved your life" said the girl.
"But you're not a mermaid" said Belle.
"The sea king granted me legs" said the girl.
"I see..." said Livvy suspiciously.
"Please tell me your name" said Eric.
"It's... Vanessa" said the girl.
"Vanessa. Will you marry me?" said Eric.
"Definitely" said Vanessa.
"You know, Miss Vanessa, your voice sounds familiar" said Belle.
"Really? To whose?" said Vanessa.
"Well, to... but it can't be. I must be mistaken" said Belle.
"Very well. No you should head home. It's way past your bedtime" said Vanessa.
The girls reluctantly did as told.
They found Murray sleeping in his bed.
Livvy checked his pulse and said "We're still good"
"Great" said Belle.
Livvy looked at her father and said "I wish you'd believed us, Daddy. We need you. Now more than ever"
Murray woke up and whispered "Liv. I need the three of you more than ever"
"We know. We're trying to save you. But we can't yet" said Belle.
"But how..." said Murray.
"We could tell you, Daddy. But you wouldn't believe us. You never do anymore" said Livvy.
Murray sighed and collapsed back to sleep.
The girls decided to crash themselves. They'd continue their search in the morning.
