Dream POV

It was extremely early in the day as an idea popped into my brain. Not second guessing myself I shook George to wake him up.

"Ugh.. omg Dream, how early is it?"

I knew it was early but I'd gotten an idea that would only be possible if we did it this early in the morning.

"George listen, I've got an idea. What if we sneak out to avoid the others for the day. Then we'll have an entire day without any interruptions at all. We can call it a date if you'd like?"

George still seemed slightly annoyed at me waking him, he definitely wasn't a morning person but that didn't matter. All that mattered was to get out of here as fast as possibly and then we could deal with the whole Melissa thing some other time. I wanted to make George feel good, of course I didn't have anything planned out, considering we were in the middle of the woods but I would still try and make it as cute and memorable as possible.

Not bothering to change, I grabbed my backpack and George as we left the tent. We tip-toed away from the rest of the camp trying to avoid accidentally waking anyone up.

By now we were far enough to the point where we couldn't see the others anymore. I'd lead us through the many trees and bushes on our path. Looking back at George who looked bewildered but still like he was enjoying my risky behavior. Right now I'd no idea where I was going but chose to just go with the flow.

"Dream, where are you taking me?"

I scanned the area for any interesting places we could go to when my eyes caught a mountain not too far away from us.

"There" I pointed towards the mountain and set up in speed which made George groan out loud.

We were halfway up the mountain when I heard a tired George behind me complain, "Can't we just stay here, I can't walk any longer"

I sighed not wanting to give up just yet.

"George come on, we're almost there" I tried convincing him

"I can't, if you wanna get to the top you have to leave me"

He knew I wasn't gonna leave him so I'll have to come up with a solution on the spot. I was determined to get to the top of this mountain, even if it was the last thing I'll ever do.

Suddenly I had a brilliant plan, "Jump up" I crouched in front of George, "come on now"

George seemed a bit unsure but eventually gave into it and jumped up on my back, letting me give him a piggyback ride. He was surprisingly light which made it a whole lot easier to continue walking up the mountain.

"Don't hesitate to grab me if you're about to fall. '' He promised as I started going slightly faster, growing impatient by the second.

He was cutely wrapped around me like money. Wanting to impress the smaller boy I rapidly increased my speed, which he took notice of.

After what felt like forever we finally reached the top. I sat down George and then proceeded to take his hand in mine and walk towards the edge of the mountain. We could see the camp from here and the lake we'd been in the day before. Sitting down, we admired the view and the presence of one another.

With the boy beside me leaning on my shoulder and the majestic view in front of us, I didn't know what else I could wish for in life. The deep green forest beneath our feet and the ever so fresh air that surrounded us. It was like music without sounds. There was just something about this specific place that felt magical.

Turning to face George as I noticed him already looking my way.

"Wanna know something" George spoke quietly, "when I decided to become an exchange student, I never thought I would meet someone that would be this special to me"

Subconsciously peering at his lips I watched him do the same. This felt like the perfect time to take the first step, and so I did. I tried closing the gap between our lips, feeling his hot breath on my skin in the process. Both of us sat there feeling the tension rise. Our lips slightly brushed against each other when I eventually smacked them together, hearing him gasp a bit by the sudden contact but not withdrawing himself.

It wasn't the longest kiss but it was definitely a kiss filled with love and lust. We stayed together with connected lips as I felt a bright smile form upon his face. I couldn't help but smile as well, embracing him into a giant hug.

Our first kiss with a lot more to hopefully come. It was perfect, exactly how I'd imagined it. His lips were soft like butter and if I could kiss him for eternity, without a doubt.

"Dream, not to ruin the moment or anything" He began, "but isn't this kinda cheating, you now kissing me while still being in a relationship with Melissa?"

Normally I would say George was perfect which he still is, don't get me wrong, but come on. Yes this is cheating but why would I care. It's not like I wanna be her boyfriend anyway.

"George... can we not"

He instantly looked like he'd regretted asking that. Not wanting to make him upset I got an idea on how to make him shut up once and for all.

"I just have to find other ways to shut you up, don't I?" I questioned him and proceeded to grab his jaw and guide him into another kiss, this time with a bit more passion. He opened his mouth a bit and I immediately saw it as an opportunity to slip my tongue inside. Exploring every inch of him, when he suddenly let out a soft moan. A string of saliva connecting our lips as we both pulled away.

"Not to sound pathetic or anything, but that was my first kiss" He admitted

I found it incredibly adorable and honored to be his first kiss. Also extremely happy when I remembered how close he was to kissing Laura the other day but luckily didn't. He had a grin from ear to ear as he placed his palm facing upwards on my thigh.

I confusingly asked "what?"

"Take my hand, idot" He jokingly said as if it was just blatantly obvious.

I took his hand when he pulled me to stand up and said "let's run all the way down"

A bit scared of him falling and hurting himself occured in me but I ignored it when that would just give me another reason to stay and take care of him.

We set off at the same time and began running down the mountain. Laughing but always making sure that the other was able to keep up at the same speed. Every other emotion but happiness was a second priority right now. All of my personal problems with Melissa and my family were pushed aside and I'd completely forgotten about them, only caring about George.

Exhaustingly, we'd finally come to the bottom of the mountain. We looked at one another with nothing but pure love for each other. George was utterly stunning in the light that fell onto his face. The sun had set and neither of us had even realized how long we'd been away, not wanting to think about anything but the other.

"We should probably get back to the others, don't you think?" I asked, not actually wanting to but also knowing we had to because it was our final night here.

He nodded in disappointment as we headed back to the camp.

The first person I was met with when we came back to the others was Melissa.

"Dreamy, where were you? You've been away the whole day"

I didn't care about her concern one bit. The only thoughts in my head being the events from earlier and George's soft lips pressed on mine.

"Just been around, you know" I answered before going straight into our tent without a single worry.

I pretended to sleep, not wanting to talk to anyone when I heard Melissa enter the tent. George was actually asleep but slept way too far away from me than what I would like him to.

Both Melissa and George were sleeping but I couldn't stop myself from overthinking about what could potentially happen the next couple of days. Already now I knew I wasn't gonna close an eye the entire night, so I just laid there waiting for the day to come.
