Melissa POV
I walked out of the Dreams room still a bit shocked by what I'd just witnessed, even though I was almost a 100% sure something was going on between them already.
I didn't exactly know what to do yet, still confused by what I'd just seen. Yes I'd also cheated on Dream but he didn't seem like the person who would do it back.
Walking towards the exit of his house, closing the door behind me I still felt extremely mad. Luckily for me I had the upper hand in this. And even if Dream then decided to tell everyone about me and his dad, who was even gonna believe it? I was over the world in excitement to tell Dreams mom about her disgusting husband and watch her and Dreams' relationship crush in front of my very eyes. His mom loved me more than she loved Dream and Mr. Williams anyway, so I wasn't worried at all.
I sat down on their front porch waiting for his parents to arrive back home but also to make sure Dream and George stayed in the house for when I exposed everything to his parents.
Fiddling with my hair, trying to make the time go by faster. Mrs. Williams had texted me, asking if I could eat dinner at their house today which was the reason I even showed up in the first place.
I would lie if I wasn't a little nervous to finally tell everyone the truth after keeping the secret for such a long time, but I couldn't back out now.
While waiting I made sure Dream and George didn't sneak out. Luckily for me, they didn't have a backdoor so I was positive that they had no chance of getting out.
Suddenly I saw Mr and Mrs. Williams' car pull into their driveway. They both exited their car and walked towards me. With sweaty palm I greeted Mrs. Williams with a light hug, to afterwards walk side by side with them into their house.
"Can we go to Dreams room real quick?" I asked, "I need to tell y'all something very important"
They agreed, following me up the stairs. I knocked on his door waiting for an answer from the other side of the room. He waited a couple of seconds before finally replying, "Come in"
We all walked in, looking down on Dream who was sitting with a wide gap beside George on his bed. Both of them seemed to tense up which made me even more excited to see their expressions the moment I exposed the two of them.
"So, I wanted to share something with all of you, two things actually" I smirked looking at Dream who purposely didn't make eye contact.
"This might come as a shock, considering Dream and I's relationship has been the best but apparently it was all a lie. What I'm about to say is extremely hard for me so I'll just be straightforward with y'all. Earlier today I walked in on Dream and... George kissing"
Mrs. Williams gasped, shifting her gaze from me to Dream. She was about to yell at Dream before I cut her off.
"There's something else"
Dream looked at me, practically begging me not to tell her with his eyes but I knew it was now or never.
"Maybe Mr. Williams would like to confess to this by himself?" I directed towards Mr. Williams who seemed to be taken off guard.
Mrs. Williams looked furious but confused at the same time when Mr. Williams didn't say anything.
"Well if you're not gonna say anything, I don't see no reason for me to not say it then. So this is probably gonna be a lot for you to swallow Mrs. Williams and I'll like to apologize on the behalf of Mr. Williams before telling you the truth. But a while ago me and him... hooked up."
Mrs. Williams' eyes widened in shock not knowing how to react.
I knew Dream would never forgive me for this but I didn't care. All I wanted was to see him unhappy and miserable, finally realising how George actually messed up his life and not me. If he hadn't shown up, I wouldn't have told them the truth just yet.
Mrs. Williams finally snapped, "WHAT THE HEAL?! So you're telling me my husband fucked my homo son's girlfriend? This is too much to comprehend"
I couldn't help but feel slightly happy at her reaction. As expected she was irritated at Mr. Williams and Dream, not me. She was predictable which made this even more enjoyable to me. I loved seeing their picture perfect family crumble all because of me.
Mr. Williams spoke up for the first time since we entered Dreams bedroom, "It's true, but it was only once, I swear. But you're telling me Dream and George kissed, IN MY HOUSE?!" He yelled.
Apparently Mr. Williams was homophobic. It really couldn't get any better, could it?
"Is this true? For the love of god, tell me she's wrong and I don't have a homosexsual son."
Dream looked as if he'd lost all hope, knowing his biggest fear had come to life and was in fact happening at this right second.
"I don't know what to say" Dream paused, "You may never accept me for who I am but I'm happy with George, I really am."
George had an unreadable expression on his face, probably ashamed of what he had caused for Dream and his family.
"You're right, I won't accept you right now. But I'm sure it's only a fase. We should've never agreed to this whole exchange student thing" Mr. Williams scolded.
Mrs. Williams was still in a state of shock, trying to process all the new information. I honestly felt a little bad for her, saying anything else would be a lie. But I was only thinking about how I could make Dream's life a little bit worse than it already was.
"I don't think it's a good idea for you to keep living here George. I want you out of here by tomorrow morning" Mrs. Williams demanded.
George still hadn't said a word since we'd come into the room and that statement didn't change that. He looked scared out of his mind.
"Wait what? Mom?! You can't do that!" Dream hissed, seeming furious but trying his best at keeping his calm.
Mrs. Williams didn't seem to bulge which made me happy. George would finally be gone once and for all.
"And for you" Mrs. Williams looked at Mr. Williams, "Let's leave them alone to say their goodbyes before George leaves tomorrow"
They left me alone with George and Dream to which I laughed scornfully at them.
"What the fuck Melissa?!" Dream yelled.
I shrugged, not really caring if I hurt his or George's feelings.
Both of them looked very hurt, that meant my job was done. I quickly waved goodbye before slamming his bedroom door behind me and walking out of his house. I had a feeling that was the last time I was gonna walk out for a while at least, which didn't upset me at all. Their family was full of secrets that eventually would come out, I just helped them a little.
I walked along the sidewalk, thinking. Dream's whole family was a mess, all I did was stur the already existing fire.
