"So I'll make dinner for four then," my mother was oddly calm.

"Okay wait," I said, "so if we can get Alex and Reg to be more human like Luke, they can stay?"

"Oh yes! But it's never been done before, except by other phantoms. That explains why it was rather easy for Luke."

"Right... is it really true love that overpowers pure-" he was cut off by his stomach growling again. A light pink spread across his face. "Sorry."

My mom and I giggled, "It's okay dear, you haven't eaten in twenty-five years! There are some chips in the pantry and juice-boxes in the fridge."

"Thank you Ms. Y/L/N!"

"Oh please dear! Call me either mom or Loraine!"

"Mom? I can call you that?"

"Well yes, I have a feeling you'll be a part of this family for a very long time."

Once Luke grabs the food we go into the living room where Julie is watching Alex and Reggie fight over which Star Wars movie is the best.

"Dude! I'm telling you. Empire Strikes Back is the best!" Reg was frustrated.

"No! The first movie of anything is always the best!" Alex was just doing this to annoy Reggie. I have no idea how they got on this topic.

"If we're talking about the three classic Star Wars movies, I think it's the one with the ewoks, Return of the Jedi," Julie argues.

"No!" Reggie and Alex say at the same time.

"Um no," Luke says.

"Absolutely not, Jules."

She threw her hands up in defense, "Okay okay, then I agree with Alex."

I giggled, "I think I'm with Reggie on this one."

Luke looked at Julie, "Yeah, definitely with Reg."

"Anyways guys, before we get this party in full swing, Luke and I need to tell you guys something."

"Yeah, and it's really important," he smiles at me.

Reggie gasps, "You're pregnant?"

Julie starts giggling and Alex falls onto the floor, laughing so hard. Julie immediately stops.

"Wait. You aren't pregnant are you?"

Now I was giggling, "No Jules, I'm not pregnant."

Luke chuckled, "Yeah, what we were going to say was that we aren't ghosts, we're phantoms. And only other phantoms can make the others more human. If we become more human, our stamp is removed, we can be seen by all lifers, and we don't have to crossover."

"Really?" Alex asked.

"Really, Alex."

Alex gets up off the floor and Reggie comes over to me, both of them hug me. Julie sighs, "I wish I could do that."

"Well, I can make people see them, maybe I can make you touch them."

She stands up and I close my eyes, envisioning how she would hug them and how they'd hug her. I open my eyes, still thinking about that and they were hugging, Luke was still behind me.

"You don't know how long I've wanted to give you a hug, Julie," Alex said.

"Yeah me too," Reg smiled.

We all sat in the living room until my mom called us for dinner, even though Reggie and Alex couldn't eat, they sat at the table with us. We all were talking like a big family. That's what we are. I have my big brother, my best friend, my sister, my mom, and my boyfriend. I couldn't ask for a better family.

Never forget, family doesn't end in blood. Even if you aren't related to them, people are still our brothers and sisters. I'm so thankful to have that. Julie has never turned her back on me, like sisters. Reggie has always been protective, like an older brother. Alex has been by my side and there for me with boy issues, like a best friend. And Luke... he's just loved me for me. Nobody asked him to, but he has.

When we finished, Alex and Reggie helped my mom clean up. They wouldn't let us do it. After they were done, we all went upstairs to my room. Alex and Julie sat on my bed, Reggie sat at my desk and Luke plopped himself on the floor. I sat next to him.

We were all watching a movie when Julie stopped it. "I have an idea!" she jumped off my bed and ran to my bathroom. She came back with my makeup bag. "Boys, can we do your makeup?"

"Yes!" Alex said.

Reg chuckled, "Sure!"

Luke looked at me with a do I have to look and I nodded. He groaned, "Fine, but only Y/N gets to do it."

"Who's first?" Julie asked, setting up a "station" at my desk. Reggie had stood up and sat at the edge of my bed.

"Me!" Alex yelled a little too loud. He climbed over Reggie and stepped on Luke to make it over to my desk.

I stood up and brushed myself off. "Reg can you put on A New Hope?"

He pouted, "Do I have to?"

"We're watching all three movies, so yes!"

He smiled, "Oh! Okay."

I walked over to Alex and Julie. She was priming his face. I used a pack of unopened brushes on the guys, I'll keep them in a bag for next time. There will be a next time. I was putting foundation on Alex and he was perfectly still. When we got to Reggie, he kept dodging the brush because it tickled his face. Luke tried to stay still, but he was just laughing and smiling the whole time.

After we were done with all the makeovers they looked in the mirror. Alex and Reg had big smiles. "I love it!" Alex's smile got wider.

"I look hot," Reggie smirked.

"I look like a drag queen..." Luke said.

Everyone giggled. Alex was confused, "Luke, how do you know what that is?"

"My parents were watching RuPaul's Drag Race a couple nights ago."

"Oh," I giggled.

Julie disappeared and she came back with makeup remover wipes. She handed one to each boy. "Be careful, don't rub too hard or it'll hurt."

Luke looked at me with puppy-dog eyes, "Babe?"

He's never called me that, "Yes, Rockstar?"

"Can you take my makeup off for me?"

I rolled my eyes, "What a manly question, but yes."

I took the wipe from him and started gently rubbing his face. Alex had his off in no time, but Reggie was struggling, so Alex took his wipe and helped him. They were both giggling in the process.

I started to yawn and so did Alex. I looked at my clock and it read 1:45 am. Julie was at my desk and the guys were on the floor. "Goodnight boys, Jules," I said. They were still watching whichever movie was on, I couldn't tell.

"Goodnight!" Reggie smiled.

I crawled up into my bed and Alex laid next to me. I looked at him and whispered, "You want cuddles, don't you?"

He smiled, "Yeah."

I lifted the covers and Alex was the big spoon. This felt right. He's my best friend and he's gay so it was platonic, but it felt like I was meant to be in the arms of one of the guys. I felt so safe. I wake up to the lights off and Alex trading off with someone else.

"Hey babe," Luke says.

"Hey Rockstar," I mumbled, then I fell back into a deep sleep.
