"Go North, go--" A crow woke me up, which was soon shooed away by Kiwi, who genuinly tried to eat it and landed on Inosuke's stomach before snuggling back into my arms
"Whose is that bird?" I groaned, hiding my face from sunlight
"Its not mine, Inosuke's doesnt approach him and Zenitsu has a sparrow" Tanjiro yawned, getting up and trying to wake Zenitsu too
"I found what I will turn into tempura next then. Come here Banana, whats up?" I yawned, petting Kiwi on my lap while Banana landed on my shoulder
"North, North there is a village. People dissapear and there are a lot of bones found in a swamp nearby. Take Inosuke and go there, you and Inosuke have to go North, go--"
"Alright, shut up and leave now. God, why cant I have a mission alone?" I groaned
"Dont let it leave! You said you would cook it, well you gotta kill it first!"

"Well then I guess there will be a mission for me and Zenitsu too. Good luck to you two, I have a feeling we will meet soon enough again" Tanjiro smiled as we walked out, offering a hand to me and Inosuke. Zenitsu was behind him, dragging his feet barely awake while leaning on Nezuko's box
"...Of course, it would be a shame to not let the love story of Zenitsu and Nezuko not blossom, so I guess you will have to carry her and be a third wheel" I laughed, effectivly making his smile go away. He turned to glare at Zenitsu and turned his back, making sure he didnt touch the box as I started walking after Inosuke, who was long gone
"I wanted more breakfast" he pouted, his belly clearly agreeing with him and making sounds that confirmed his statement. I rolled my eyes and threw one of the many riceballs I had snatched from the kitchen before leaving his way, and he instantly caught it and lifted his mask up to devour it
"Arent you hungry? You didnt eat breakfast, woman, and you usually get Monjirou to give you most of his too" he spat out with his mouth open while chewing, rice all over his mouth. I laughed a little at the sight before turning back infront of me and unconsiously reaching for Kiwi
Human food didnt taste good around a full moon. In fact, in two days time I wont even be able to even eat it, as my stomach will only want raw flesh and blood, preferably human, but I havent done that in a while. It will be a drag finding a time to get food with Inosuke by my side, but at least I wont be getting bored anytime soon with this dumbass by my side.
"Im on a special diet for now, dont worry about it"
"What diet? And why do you go on a diet?"
"Its so I can be... faster. Yeah, I dont eat anything so I can be lighter, but then I will have a big feast. You willl help me out with that, right?"
"Hell yeah, more food for me! Lets get this done with, dont be so slow!" he laughed and shook his head so his mask would fall back down before grabbing my hand and dragging me along with him. He ran so fast Banana had trouble leading us, but I guess thats the power of food
"Hes so easy to manipulate its annoying. Cant we just dump him somewhere and carry on with the mission on our own?" Kiwi groaned, once again glaring daggers at his back
"No, hes a friend and hes fun to be around. The mission was for the both of us, so stop insulting him or get off my shoulder" I sighed, poking his head multiple times until I bumped into Inosuke's back "Hey, why did you stop?"
"There are demons here" he laughed, letting go of my hand and pulling his swords out. He crouched down and was about to shove them into the ground- well, pile of mud infront of him when I pulled him back, just a second before the mud retreated and there was a hole in that place
