Kennedy (Also now known as Ashley):

The next morning I stayed locked up in my bedroom until I had to go out to meet Chris for coffee. Vanessa left for the gym about an hour ago and Austin went out with a few of his other friends this morning.

I didn't bother to dress up much. These shorts and black zip up hoodie will just have to do. I slip on my sandals and grab my phone and wallet, slipping them into a small bag that Vanessa said I could use if I ever go out this week. When I get to caffe luxxe I don't see Chris anywhere so I get a table for myself and order a cappuccino.

I pull out my phone and start playing around on it while I waited for him. I don't look up from my phone when the chair across me is being pulled back. "You're late," I say, placing my phone away. I look up and I almost scream.

What is she doing here. "Oh no, no, no. I am not going to stay here and talk with you." I lowly hiss, pushing my chair back so I can get up.

"No, Ashley, wait." She begs. Her hair was no longer ombre she had changed the colour to a honey blonde. I stare into her cold blue eyes, standing my ground.

"How dare you manipulate me so I could come here and meet you for coffee." I fume angrily. "I'm leaving." I snap, grabbing my bag. "Ashley wait," She sighs, standing up herself.

"I did this because I knew you wouldn't come if you knew I had contacted you. Please, all i'm asking is for you to listen to me this one time. And after this if you choose to break off contact with me then it's fine. I respect your decisions."

I stare at her, trying to figure out if she's speaking the truth or not. I slowly sit back down and she does as well. "I'm going to order myself a drink, i'll be back." She leaves and I sit, staring at my own drink. I haven't touched it yet since I got it.

"So, Giselle or should I say Rosaline?" I boldly start, glaring at the woman across from me. She purses her red lips, setting the white mug down.

"Ashley please-"

"Please what?" I yell, trying to keep my voice as low as I could. A few people look our way from my sudden outburst but they ignore it, going back to their own conversations.

"Sorry," She whispers. "Well sorry isn't going to cut it." I sass back.

"Let me just say I wasn't in the right state to make proper decisions," She says in a shaky voice.

"Hell right you weren't," I quickly cut in. She opens her mouth to continue but I don't let her,

"You listen to me, you made your own kids believe you were dead from an overdose, leaving us without a mother figure. Do you know what else you caused? You caused my younger brother depression for three years. Ross refused to talk for a whole year and by the second year he only said two words to us every week. He would be in his room, staring at his wall for hours. He'd even sneak in alcohol to try to forget. Do you know how young he was when you 'passed away'?" I say, putting air quotes on 'passed away'.

"Isabel ignored us and I went wild. Kennedy left to Seattle to stay with Aunt Jamie for years and Zach decided that he didn't need to deal with any of this shit. Dad decides to get engaged to our own cousin and then we find out you've been alive this entire time." I hiss.

I couldn't look at this woman. I don't even know who she is anymore. But to be fair I guess I never did.

"I see what you mean." Are you kidding me?
