Chapter 13: Interrupted

Kennedy (Also now known as Ashley):

"So... How are you?" Austin asked. We were sitting in an booth at the back of a small diner called 'Lottie's diner'. I sighed and looked at the boy infront of me. His blonde hair was swept up and his blue eyes were sparkling. "Honestly I feel like shit and im just not comfortable to be pretending to be my sister." Austin nodded. An old lady with a red apron and a note pad and pencil. "How are we all today?"

"Good." I smiled.

"What can I get you two?"

Austin gestured for me to go first so I did. "I'll get a hot chocolate and chocolate chip pancake." I smiled. "Of course. Great choice. And you sir?" "I'll get the same thing." Austin smiled polietly at the lady. She nodded and soon left.

"So... how did it all start?" Austin whispered. The lady -who's name was Linda as it said on her name tag- had brought out food and set the warm pancakes with chocolate chips on the table. There was whip creme and she had also broughten a bottle of maple syrup. She had set down our hot chocolate and I wrapped my hands around the drink. Taking a sip of the warm drink my body started to relax. The diner was quiet with some light background music.

"Well..." I started to explain everything to Austin. From working at the book store to when Dylan showed me the magazines and when Ashley came by. He listened and never interupted.

"Clearly something is up with her." Austin shook his head. "I know and the worst part is my family thinks im her, her friends think im her and the worst one is that her boyfriend cant tell the diffrence. He thinks im Ashley when im not!" I complained. "You cant tell anyone. Please dont for my sake." I pleaded. "its not right.... but okay." He gave in. "Thank you!" He smiled and we finished our food. Austin said that him, Vanessa, I and Justin should all hang out so I agreed and said we could plan something fun to do. He dropped me off at Justin's place and I knocked on the door.
The door was opened by Justin himself.  He installny pulled me in for a hug and I starngely hugged back, breathing in his heavy scent of cologne. "Ashley." He breathed out. "Mhm?"

"Let's go to bed. Please?" He pouted. I agreed and we walked further more into the house and up the stairs. We walked into Justin's dark bedroom and we both sat on his bed. He laid down and pulled me down with him and wrapped his tattooed arms around me. I sighed. Justin burried his head in the croak of my neck and I stiffened. His hot heavy breathing breath hit the back of my neck. "Ashley?"

"Ya?" I breathed out.

"Are you okay?" I shuffled to turn to look Justin in the eyes. His brown eyes seemed confused and a little worried. "Ya.. im fine...."

"Are you sure? You just seem so..... distant..." He bit his bottom lip. My eyes watched as he constantly bit his bottom lip. Warmth started to mix in my stomach. I forced my eyes to look into his brown orbs. "Im just tired and I have to deal with Isabel and my stupid family." I rolled my eyes. "Im just stressed." I huffed out. Justin stared at me as if he was looking for something but gave up. The next thing he did surprised me. He quickly had flipped us over so he was now hovering over me. I bit his lip and looked at me. "Now since we are alone...." He breathed out. Justim's lips quickly attached to my neck and he kissed up and down. Soon finding my sweat spot a small moan escaped my lips. I could feel Justin smirking againt me. My hads found his neck and he had a tight grip on my waist with one hand as the other trailed down my waist and thigh.

"Fuck, Ash...." He panted.

My hands explord his chest.

I cant believe I was doing this with a guy I hate. It doesnt help that he hates me too and thinks that im his girlfriend.

Girlfriend. That isnt me.

Guilt started to flood into me. Ashley's boyfriend was kissing and nibbling on my neck and Iwas allowing it. He was cheating on her and didnt even know it! And she doesnt even care! But your pretending to be her. She said it was okay. A voice in my head told me. Justin's hands were tugging on my shirt. We lifted a bit of it up exposing my stomach. "Justin..." I panted. "Mmm?" He replied as he continued to kiss my neck. "I-i"

"What is it baby girl?" He asked again. He pulled back and stared me in the eyes. I coudnt find the words to say. They were on the tip of my tongue they just woudnt roll off. He slowly started to lean in and I shifted my face a little to hold myself back from the thing I was dreading the most.

"Teasing arent we?" He smirked, nudging his nose againt mine. His lip was hovering over mine, his hot breath on my lips. His lips trying to attach to mine but I kept moving trying to avoid his lips. I wasnt ready to kiss him. Hell I didnt want to kiss him at all. His lips quivered as he got so close that his bottom lip was practically on top of mine. As he was going to press his lips againt mine the door bell had rung.

Thank god.

"Who the fuck is at the door now?" He grumbled. I quickly pushed Justin off of me and scrambled off the bed. My hair was slight messy so I re tied my ponytail. Fixing my t shirt I followed Justin out of his bedroom and down the long diffrent hallways and the spiral stair case. Justin unlocked the door and three girls attacked me in a hug. "Ashley!" They squeled. I hugged the three girls back and smiled. "Hey!" Alexandra, Ashley (Tisdale) and Vanessa were standing in the house with big smiles. "Hey Justin!" They smiled towards him. He said his hellos and wrapped his arm around me.

A warm bubbly feeling stird inside of me. "Hey." A raspy voice spoke. There stood Austin with a smirk on his face. His blonde hair was swept up and he had a black leather jacket on and a bottle of alcohol in his right hand. "Hey, man." He said to Justin giving him a fist bump with his left hand. "Aye, Austin."

"Anyone up for some drinks?" Austin said as he side hugged Vanessa, sending a giant smirk in my way. 

Time to drink up.
