Kanan's pov

"This supply run was the most boring thing ever! We didn't even get anything!"

"Actually, I got something important, so Zeb please don't complain and I might explain what I bought." I said with a smirk, my hand was in the pocket of my pants right under my gun. I thought that would be the safest place to keep something of value and something that's a surprise.

"Ooh What is it?! A new pistol, a high-class detonator, a new part for your lightsaber?!" Ezra guessed with enthusiasm, honestly, I have no idea where that kid gets all his energy from. He hardly eats or drinks but exercises a lot so maybe that's where his energy gets generated from, right now my top priority is the item in my pocket.

"Nope, nope and nope. It's an," I paused not knowing if I should say it but decided it'd be better if they knew, thankfully its just us boys (no chopper doesn't count), "Engagement ring!"

"No way! You're finally gonna propose! Zeb where're my credits?" Ezra asked and I stared, I can't believe they bet on me! Well, its Zeb and Ezra so i should've believed it.

"Here..." Zeb said as he sadly handed over the credits.

"What was the bet this time?" I asked, unsure if I wanted the answer.

"Well, I said that you would propose before we took down the Empire and Zeb bet that you would propose after, I just won!" Ezra explained and exclaimed.

"Ok, so I need your help with the proposal." I said sheepishly.

"No problem. What do you want us to do?" Zeb said in his gruff voice.

"Well, tomorrow marks that I have known Hera for 7 years so I thought I'd propose tomorrow but I could only get the ring today. I need you both to help me set up a place to propose, I've picked out the place but I thought we could decorate a bit." I explained but got scared for a moment about actually proposing.

"Ok, first relax, second where's this place? and third we'll help." Ezra said in a way that reminded me of Hera.

"It's a jogan orchard just outside town and thanks for the help, we can go there now I'll contact Sabine telling her to stall cover for us." I said that and left the room. ( they're on the Ghost and Hera and Sabine are in the town of Kothal)

Ezra's pov

I can't believe it, he's actually gonna propose! I had no clue about what they are, I didn't know if they were 2 flirting friends, non-blood siblings like me, Zeb and Sabine or actually a couple so this is big!

"Do you think he'll get scared and back out?" Zeb asked and that got me thinking, would he back out? He never backs out from a mission but when Hera's involved he gets tense.

"I'm not sure..." I answered, "I hope not."

Just then Kanan walked back into the room and told us that Sabine said she can hold Hera in town for about an hour.

"So, Let's head to the orchard!" I said with energy Kanan still questions and he went to the cockpit.

Sabine's pov

I can't deal with this! Kanan is getting a proposal ready so I need to stall Hera and Hera is looking for a gift for Kanan cause apparently 7 on Ryloth is lucky. We've been going store after store and I don't think she knows what she's looking for.

"Hey, Hera. Do you think you should get something Kanan needs? I mean, that's nice but maybe get him something you think he'll like." I tried suggesting.

"Ugh! The only item like that I can think of is something I promised to never let Kanan touch ever again." Hera said and it seemed like she was going to break down.
