Still running, the two where in search for the disappearing Ash and Pikachu. Not running as fast as Cilan, Arie was way behind Cilan due to her short amount of running she does everyday.
"Come on Arie!" Cilan yelled.
"Im... Coming... Just.. Wait....!" Arie panted.
"There he is!" Arie glared staring off into the woods.
"Pikaaaa..." Pikachu growled.
"Huh.. That's not the usual high pitched Pikachu voice I'm used to..." Cilan investigated.
"And look at Pikachu's eyes, thats not the usual black eyes im used too, Ash any idea-"
Before words would escape the girls mouth, Ash looked up with the same blood curdling eyes Pikachu had.
"Ash..?" Cilan worried taking a step closer.
"Pikachu thunderbolt..." Ash grumbled.
"CILAN MOVE!" Arie yelled.
But not fast enough, he soon then got paralyzed by fear. Second before the thunderbolt landed on Cilan, a Snivy jumped on his head using the move protect. The plot twist was, the Snivy saving his life was the Snivy that was owned by Arie.
"Snivy learned protect Cilan!" Arie over joyed.
"Thanks Snivy, without you I would've been a burnt recipe," Cilan thanked.
"Electro ball Pikachu!" Ash demanded.
"Ash, you need to calm down!" Cilan pleased walking towards him.
"Cilan! You've got to be careful!" Arie worried.
Completely ignoring everything she said, he gently walked closer and closer to Ash, taking ever Electro ball, thunderbolt, quick attack, and iron tail like it was nothing. Like he was immune. To it.
"Ash...?" Cilan smiled.
"Ah! You're paralyzed Cilan!" Arie worried.
"Dont worry, Im used to this Arie," Cilan replied.
"And that bruise on your arm because the iron tail, that's something you've always been through?" Arie questioned.
"Arie, as a professional cook I've been through many burns, cuts, bruises and got electrified. Being a professional cook is not an easy job Arie, try cooking for more then thirty people in a day! What a difficult task I must say-"
"Cilan.. not now!" Arie yelled interrupting him in his lecture.
"CILAN WATCH OUT!" Arie yelled.
But the warning was far from exact. A painful electric shock took direct measures at Cilan, blasting at full power electric shock at him, causing loads of damage and paralysis.
"Cilan no!" Ash yelled braking free from his mind control.
"Pika pi! Pikaa!" Pikachu followed.
"Pika pi.." pikachu apologized.
"Whimsicott Psychic!" Arie called releasing whimsicott.
Whimsicott popped our her pokeball making an appearance, soon following the demand of psychic.
"Cilan's paralyzed Ash, he need his rest..." Arie mumbled.
And the rest of the walk was silent...
