Mocha and Trainer

Chapter 23

"My birthday?" Ash said with the facial impression of excitment.

"Yea! Enjoy all you want!" Arie smiled.

"Wait, you made this??" Ash wondered, glaring at the different types of desserts placed on the table and a Aqua Blue coated cake.

"Aha! Not exactly, Snivy and Zangoose got these from Castelia city department store..But the Macarons I made!" Arie admitted, scratching her head, with a giant smile.

While the others where chattering of excitement due to the surprise party thrown by Arie and the pokemon, a ray of light that came from the ruins of the forest shot towards where Snivy and Pikachu's feet lied. Curious, the electric mouse tapped the ray, assuming it was a ray of electricity.

The mouse followed the light that seemed to have no ending to it, making the walking last longer then the little creatures had expected. Walking more and more, they finally reached a metal box, coated with many buttons and points at the end of each of them. The lightning rod stopped its work and right after shooting a blood red beam towards both Snivy and Pikachu.

The effects of this strange red ray turned the little creatures into blood-curdling red eyed pokemon with red aura surrounding them.

Zooming back towards the laughing gang and Ash's birthday, not noticing one bit about there long lost pokemon.

"Mara? Maractus!" Maractus worried, speaking to herself.

"Mara maractus!" Maractus warned, tugging on Arie's jacket.

"What Ma- Hey where's Snivy?" Arie worried shooting up from her seat.

"Ah! Pikachu's gone too!" Ash worried.

"Maractus! Maractus mara!" Maractus explained, pointing towards the deep forest.

"Alright everybody! Return!" Arie demanded, pulling out her pokemon's pokeballs.

The walk towards where Pikachu and Snivy lied was no walk at all. Two shadows emerged from the darkness, a yellow tail trailed slowly behind a bright yellow mouse with blood jet eyes. Along with a grass green coating and the same blood jet eyes the electric mouse had. "Pikaaaaaaaa..." Pikachu mumbled.

"Snivy....." Snivy added, making an angrier expression.

"Hey Pikachu what's up?" Ash worried getting closer to the little mouse.

"Snivy what's wrong, with you, what's with your eyes Snivy?" Arie questioned, walking towards the little grass snake.

"Ah! Guys get back!" Cilan warned, tugging his friends back from the pokemon. "They're mind controlled," Cilan explained.

"Mind controlled?" The two children asked in surprisement.

Cilan curved his legs towards the point where he met face to face with the pokemon, "Well, guessing from the eyes, these pokemon are mind controlled, I dont know by who bu- ASH LOOK OUT!" Cilan hollered shoving Ash off towards the side.

"Ah!"

"Cilan!" The two shrieked in terror.n

The outcome of Cilan saving Ash's life, a flaming red beam shot toawrds where Cilan lied. The effects of this beam, brewed a burgundy colored aura surround Cilan, making it difficult to hold back. The laser beam stopped its work leaving Cilan dead on the ground.

"Cilan??" Ash worried rushing towards where Cilan was lying.

"Ash that's dangerous!" Arie worried, taking an inch closer towards Ash.

"Pikaa pikaa..." Pikachu mumbled.

"Cilan? Cilan wake up!" Ash worried, shaking

"Cilan...?" Ash teared.
