I watched as the team ran around the field and practiced batting.

I pulled out my phone and started looking through my Instagram feed.

I caught sight of a picture of a familiar face.

It was a picture of missy Bradford and it had over 200 likes.

It was a selfie of herself, trying to look super hot.

I rolled my eyes and continued scrolling.

I heard footsteps coming towards me and looked up to see Lucas.

"Hey." He said, cleaning the dirt off his shoes.

"Hey. Good job." I said, standing up.

"You weren't really watching were you?"

We started walking. "Not true! I watched the team warm up."

Lucas nodded, with a small smirk on his face.

I started thinking, as we reached the apartment.

I spoke up, "so uh.. Why don't you like Brittany? I'm just wondering."

Lucas shrugged. "At school, she used to flirt with me."

"What."

"Yeah and she used to hang out with missy."

With Missy.

"Oh." That's all I said.

Lucas looked at me. "You didn't know that?"

"No, but I do now." I said.

We entered the apartment to find it empty.

Since Cory and Topanga were working, and I don't know where Riley was.

Lucas put his stuff down and turned towards me.

"You know what I just realized?" He said.

"What?" I asked, putting my phone down.

"We haven't had our first kiss yet."

I felt my face turn a shade of red. "Remember that day in the hallway?"

Lucas thought about it. "Oh yeah. But that was a long time ago."

I looked around the empty apartment and said, "I guess we could have a second kiss."

We both started leaning in..

When a door opened loudly from somewhere in the house.

We backed away from each other and looked in that direction.

Riley walked out of her bedroom. "Hey. Am I interrupting something?"

I started walking away to the kitchen. "Nope."

"Is Brittany still here?" I asked.

Riley shook her head. "Nope."

"Thank god." I muttered under my breath.

"What'd you say?"

"Oh nothing..."

Riley walked away back to her bedroom and Lucas came into the room.

"So I'm still waiting..." Lucas said, with a smirk.

I started walking away. "Yeah not gonna happen. Maybe another day."
