Nate: You were going to the beach today with all of your friends and the boys including your boyfriend of 2 years; Nate. You put on your black bikini and looked at yourself in the mirror.
"I'm so fat. Look at my stomach. It's sticking out." You thought to yourself. You hadn't realized tears were dripping when you saw Nate come in.
"What's wrong?" Nate asked worried.
"I can't go to the beach...I'm sorry."
"What? Why not?" He asked.
"Look at me. I'm so ugly and fat." I said sadly.
"Don't ever say that about yourself baby. You are perfect. Your stomach is not fat and you aren't ugly."
"But if I go in a bikini I'll just embarrass you." You said.
"You look absolutely beautiful don't ever say that you're an embarrassment. Now lets go and have some fun." Nate said assuringly.
"Fine." you said and got your stuff.
...
You ended up having so much fun at the beach. You still felt insecure but you soon got over it.
