REMINDER: This was written before the situation with Ukraine, Russia, and the U.S!

A/N: Again, sorry to disappoint my Yuri fans, but Nyo! Russia x America is too long to properly type out into a title.

Soo..plot? Basically a continuation of what happened last time on milfs- I mean mommy- I mean Nyo! Russia carrying America.

So since I don't wanna take up the whole story with my amazing rambling, we'll be starting now. Like right now. Now.

Ight, here we go!
-----------------------------------------------------------

Anya stared up at the popcorn ceiling of the apartment she had rented for the meeting of the nations, thinking about how her day went. It was like any other normal day, except she had initiated E-822, or Experiment 822. She had to admit, she didn't know why she initiated it in the first place.

There weren't many time the two nations were friendly towards eachother. It was more like they were on a constant war over a bridge of ice, slowly cracking and creaking because of the pairs's power. One day, the bridge would break, and a solid crack between the two would separate them.

It was no surprise that they disliked being in the other's presence when it wasn't for an experiment or because their bosses forced them to. It was clear as day to anyone who attended the meetings. The way they argued, their body language, the way their eyes scanned over eachother for any sense for a weak point in which they could eliminate the enemy.

So of course America would be shocked, mad, or even embarrassed to be manhandled like that by his mortal enemy. In his eyes, she could see the faint confusion pooling in them.

Why is she acting like this in my presence?

Why is she showing me affection during this long battle of strength and wits?

Aren't we supposed to be enemies?

America may not have much common sense (or maybe he chose to act that way?) But she knew he was far from being dumb or stupid. If he was dumb, how was he able to last this long in the impending doom that is this war? If he was stupid why did his eyes hold a glint that he knew something none of the other nations knew? If he was stupid, why did he chose to conflict with her?

Well, maybe it seemed like a stupid choice, but Anya knew that America didn't like to get bored. He knew that he could start conflict with all the other nations, ones that he would either lose battles with or would win immediately. That's why he chose an opponent that was as strong and cunning as him, so that he could find a way to have the upper hand in the end, so that he wouldn't have to be bored.

Anya knew this too well, the smirks he would give behind his hands whenever they played chess, and the way the lenses of his fake glasses shined when they had an experiment.

America could only plan ahead to a certain degree though, he hadn't thought about being carried like that, and the way Anya phrased it, he must've thought they were going to pick up vehicles, rocks, trees, the table which was bolted to the ground...he didn't expect to be the object of this experiment.

Which is why his confusion was justified. Even Anya couldn't think of any excuses for her behaviour that day. Why she said he was cute, light, and adorable.

Anya guess she did hold some sort of special affection towards him. It was hard not to when he took off those glasses of his, and he looked younger than he did. It was hard not to when his hair was messy and unkempt after being late to the meeting. It was hard not to when he was 6 inches shorter than her, and had to slightly look up to glare at her.
