There is a new character who is a chef. We think of him as a surfer dude XDD. This chapter is only short because we are tying up loose ends... so uh... enjoy this fluff before next chapter's mess goes down. Thank you guys and see you soon

Izuku opened the bathroom door to see Jumping Bean oddly anxious and Izuku narrowed his eyes. He knew that there was something she actively tried to keep hidden from him and he could make a guess about what it was about, but it wasn't like Izuku wasn't keeping things from anyone so he left it alone.

He first noticed it at times when they were parting, about two months after they met. She would always hesitate as if she wanted to say something before turning around to walk away.

Izuku didn't feel that she harbored any ill intent for him so he stayed. It had nothing to do with the pain that appeared in his chest if the notion crossed his mind.

Izuku knew he could trust her.

He could see the way she acted like a scared animal whenever quirks were brought up, the way she flinched away from someone if they came up behind her too fast. He knew because he could see it in himself.

If she had the drive to harm him with whatever quirk she was hiding, she wouldn't be afraid of any quirk's very mention. She wouldn't seem like she wanted to tell him anything... no... she would just do what she wanted with him and move on.

"I see your nose is already swelling, could we perhaps get some ice with a cloth to bring it down?" Izuku nodded and followed Jumping Bean to the kitchen, where the cook greeted them with a smile.

Izuku had heard somewhere that you should never trust a skinny cook, but this one didn't seem to be untrustworthy. Not that Izuku trusted him, but he didn't find him any more suspicious than anyone else.

"Hey Spatula," Jumping Bean greeted, "We are just here to pick up some ice, I accidentally broke his nose." Jumping Bean smiled sheepishly as Spatula shook his head.

"Wow, Jumping Bean, real nice of you," Spatula teased, "You go get him that ice and I will hook him up with a nifty sweet while he is waiting." Izuku looked over to the stove top to see cherry cobbler cooling and he could feel his mouth salivating.

"Is that ok with you, Baby Squirt?" Jumping Bean turned to him and he nodded, her turning to go and get him something once more.

"I was just about to bring some of this to you two, I know you guys have been working hard." Spatula went to grab a plate and turned around to wink at Izuku, "However, since Jumping Bean went and landed a nasty hit, I think you are deserving of her portion as well."

Izuku's face suddenly dropped. He knew that he would not be able to finish even half of what the man considered a portion, much less two of them.

Izuku started shaking his head and holding his hands close together to try and show that he didn't want much. He knew that he shouldn't even have any, but this could be his meal for the day and he would just give all of the food that Eraserhead gave him away.

"Ok, ok," Spatula laughed, "How bout one scoop? Is that an ok amount?" Izuku looked at the plate that the man held out and nodded. It was more comparable to the sizes of the other things that the man had given him in the past.

"Why don't you just go and sit down and eat? When Jumping Bean comes back she will give you the ice and you two can sit here for a while. It is much quieter here, plus I don't want all the other kin seeing the food and then coming in here to bother me before dinner." Spatula gestured over to the table he had set aside for when he wanted to take a break or just get off his feet while he was making something.
