Katsuki doesn't let Izuku skip lunch the remainder of the school year.

Katsuki was getting worried as summer got closer, however.

No matter how much food he bullied Izuku into eating, his friend seemed to be getting smaller, not bigger or stronger like him.

Izuku needs to be bigger if he wants to protect himself and be a hero duo with him, but when Katsuki tells him that, Izuku just makes the face that means that he is going to cry and nods, looking far away.

Izuku always goes to the bathroom before he heads back to class, and at first Katsuki thinks nothing of it, lots of people go to the bathroom before class after all, but Izuku doesn't go to the closest bathroom.

Katsuki is not worried that Izuku is being bullied without his knowledge, and he definitely doesn't follow Izuku to the bathroom one Friday, because the previous day he had come back to class looking especially bad. Nope, Katsuki certainly did not.

Because he totally did not follow Izuku, he had no idea why he found himself outside a bathroom in an empty hallway.

'Well, I guess I could look in on the nerd since I am here.' Katsuki scoffed, slowly creeping into the bathroom.

He was about to call out when he heard quiet retching and someone moving around.

Katsuki froze, "Izu?"

The movement and retching stopped for a second, before continuing.

"Izuku?" Katuski said hesitantly, creeping further into the bathroom.

"G-go a-away!" Izuku struggled out, "I-I'm f-fine." Katsuki scoffed again.

"Yeahhhhh sure. Because puking is something people who are fine do!" Katsuki growled, coming to a stop at the stall Izuku was in, "Now either let me in, or I will destroy this door, and you wouldn't want me to destroy school property would you?"

Katsuki huffed in satisfaction when the stall door opened, only to reveal Izuku on the floor, hunched over the toilet bowl.

Katsuki took the time to really look at Izuku and what he had been pretending he didn't see. Izuku wasn't just small, he was extremely thin. He looked tired and afraid of Katsuki, for what, he had no idea.

"Do you..." Katsuki connected the dots in his head, "Is this why you go to the bathroom every day?" Izuku nodded and made himself even smaller, "Are you... sick?"

"No." Izuku whispered, and Katsuki entered the stall and sat in front of Izuku, causing him to shrink further into the corner.

"Who do I punch to make it better?" Katsuki asked, smacking his fist into his hand, and Izuku looked at him in surprise.

"Y-your not... mad?" Izuku whispered, and Katsuki scoffed.

"Why would I be mad?!"

"C-cause I am w-wasting food."

"I mean, I would be happier if you ate it, but that isn't the problem yet. Who do I punch?" Katsuki said, determined. Izuku shook his head.

"Me. I am so selfish. I can't even make mom happy anymore but I still stick around and waste space. I really am useless." Katsuki slapped Izuku's head slightly.

"No. You. Are. Not." Katsuki enunciated each word, "Useless." Katsuki paused to stare at Izuku, "And what do you mean you can't make Auntie happy anymore?" Izuku sniffed.
