It's 3:30 pm and my parents have just told me that they need to leave town for 3 weeks to go to New York for a big case for a company that is getting sued they were already packed so even if i wasn't comfortable with them going they would still go but i figured maybe i could guilt trip my mom into letting me stay at toby's loft with him till they get back because even if they weren't going i still hate staying in my room ever since i have been out of the dollhouse which was 4 weeks ago, me and toby spend almost every night together weather or not it's here or at his loft but as long as he's sleeping next to me i always have a good night sleep.

my parents are in the car with the window down and were saying goodbye before they leave.

"ok so we left 300 dollars out for food and groceries on the counter and don't be hesitant to call if you need anything" my mom said as my dad was pacing the car full of case files.

"don't worry but i was wondering if maybe i could stay with toby until you get back at his loft" i said shying my eyes away from her.

"spence is that really a smart deci-" she started but i stopped her halfway before she could finish her sentence.

"mom i would be staying with toby who is a cop at his loft which is really safe wouldn't you prefer knowing that i'm safe with toby instead of being in a big empty house all by myself and you know that toby wouldn't let anything happen to me and he stays here most nights so what's the difference if we stay at his place." i pleaded and she shut her eyes and sighed.

"ok fine you can stay with toby i saw how worried he was when you were in that place so i trust you, you can stay with toby until we get back" she said and i beamed with happiness i hugged her through the window.

"thank you so much mom i love you" i said after we pulled away she smiled.

"it's ok honey as long as your safe but how about we don't tell your father because he will have a fit" she said and we both laughed.

"don't worry hope you ace the case see you next week" i said walking to see my dad.

"bye dad see you next week" i said hugging him which was returned.

"ye take care spence and remember no boys over" he said in a serious voice.

"ye dad i know i can hand on my heart say that no boys will be at this house" i said laughing inside knowing that i'll be at toby's instead.

"alright spence see you when we get back" he said getting into the car.

i waved as they drove of and i sprinted back to my bedroom i got changed out of my my sweat pants and jumped and hoped in the shower.

i got in the shower and thought about the next week i'm sure toby will be ok with me staying i mean he doesn't like it when i'm here alone so i think he will let me stay i was thinking we could invite everyone over and have a mini party but that's only if that's ok with toby since it's his place.
