I had always wanted to be a photographer my whole life, and i had started getting my first couple of jobs. Parents of kids and families had been paying me to take pictures for them or of them. I had always loved it to, and I knew I wanted to do it for my whole life. I had a job today, too. A mom had payed me to come to a birthday party for her teenage son and his friends. It was his 18th birthday and i knew i was going to have a long day.
I slide on my black ripped skinny jeans and my white t-shirt. I grabbed and slide on my high-top black converse. I grabbed my camera and my phone, my purse and wallet and walked down the stairs.
"Bye mom! I'm going to work and I'll be back later!" I grabbed my keys and walked out the door.
When I got to the house, i saw a nice mustang in the drive way and lifted my camera to take a picture.
"You must be Andrea." A voice said, startling me. I turned towards the voice and a tall black haired boy stood, hands in his pockets.
"Yeah." I said, walking forward and holding my hand out. "You must be Calum." I shook his hand quick. "I'm gonna be taking some pictures for your party."
"And my car?" He said and i flushed
"Sorry, it's just a nice car." I said and he smiled.
"I'm just fucking with you. It's cool, come inside, my friends will be here soon." He said and i followed him inside. We walked inside and i met his mom, and sister. He got me a glass of water and we were waiting in the living room when 3 boys walked in.
Calum's friends were really cute and he was really cute too... this was going to be fun.
"Hey guys, this Andrea. She's taking pictures for the party."
"You can call me Andi." I smiled, shaking their hands.
"That's Luke, Michael and Ashton." He said, then pulled them up the stairs. "We're going swimming first, so we'll be back."
I walked into the backyard, after taking my sneakers off, and talked with his sister as we waited for the boys. We talked about school and all that. Then the 4 boys came out and they all looked hot af. I lifted my camera up and took pictures as they jumped into the pool. I walked around the pool and took pictures of them being dumb and messing with each other.
"So Andi, how old are you?" Ashton asked.
"17." I said, taking a picture of him looking up at me.
"So you're Luke's age."
"Yeah i guess." I said, letting my camera fall around my neck. He smiled up at me and i smiled back. I walked back to the side of the pool and watched them swim in the pool. Calum climbed out of the pool and i watched his hand run through his wet hair. His chest was so toned and nice. I was staring and i almost drooled a little, but i snapped out of it.
His back turned to me and his back was so so so fit and I couldn't help from staring, but i forced myself to start looking through the pictures... yep i was definatley keeping some of these.
"Hey Andi, get a picture of this!" Calum said, standing on the highest level of the pool ledge. I jumped up and held the camera up. "1...2...3!"
He ran forward and did a back flip into a pool. I snapped multiple pictures and I'm sure they were all good. He climbed back out and i watched as he walked towards me. He stood right next to me, his wet chest barely pressing to my shoulder.
"Let me see them." He smiled. I stumbled on my words and flicked through the pictures as i watched his lips form into a smile. "Those are amazing!" He said, grabbing the camera from around my neck and heading towards the chairs, sitting down. He flicked through all the pictures.. i got a little nervous because 90% were of him.
He smiled as he flicked through them. When he finished he smiled up at me. I smiled politely back at him.
"You like them?" I said, walking towards him. I sat next to him and he pointed to a picture. He was laughing and one arm was pulled behind his head and his hair was sticking to his forhead.
"This is my favorite." He said, and i nodded.
"Yeah thats a good one." I said, taking the camera back. I was about to put it back around my neck when Calum grabbed it, putting it on the counter.
"You should get in the pool." He said and i laughed
"No way! I don't have a swimsuit."
"Thats okay, you can swim in that." He said, pointing to my clothes.
"No thank you." I smiled and he rolled his eyes. "I came here to take pictures of the fun, not participate." I said and he sighed.
Two hours later and they wanted to go to the skatepark. They all climbed into Calum's mustang and i took my own car, following them to where ever this thing is.
We pulled up to a skate park with guys all over the place with bikes, scooters, longboards, skate boards, and more. I put my camera around my neck and followed the boys into the park. I was the only girl, so everyone had their attention on me. I followed closely behind the group, already uncomfortable.
They all started skating, and i started taking pictures. I knelt down and took pictures of Calum going up the wall i was standing next to. I was snapping pictures of the 4 boys when someone tapped my shoulder. I stood up and turned around.
"Hey, can you take some pictures of me?" A tall boy asked me, he looked creepily down at me and i felt pressured.
"S-sorry i-I'm being payed by h-them." I said, trying to back away.
"That's okay. I can pay you with something else... a favor of some sorts." He winked and i was so uncomfortable.
"Hey why don't you back off." Ashton said, walking up next to me. "She's not interested."
"Why don't you back off? I'm just trying to have a little fun." The dude said, I started backing away. "Because it seems like shes open for buisness."
"That's not true." Calum said, walking up. "She's my girlfriend so why don't you back off. Go try and find another girl."
"Yeah okay." The guy rolled his eyes, turning to me. "Is this your boyfriend babe?"
"Y-yes. Yeah he is." I said, trying to gain confidence.
"See. Now go away." Calum said, pulling me and Ashton away from them. Once we got away, Calum sat down next to me on a bench.
"Thanks for sticking up for me.. like that." I said, my cheeks heating up.
"It's okay. I'll pretend to be your boyfriend any day. And if you want, i don't have to pretend..." He said and i smiled to him.
"I'd love that."
