SECRET SURPRISE UPDATE!!!

I hear muffled voices, but all I can possibly see is pitch, dark black.
I hear a small, almost mouse-like voice. "Here she is, her family came in earlier to visit. You have ten minutes."
"Thanks." Someone says.
I hear a screeching of a chair being pulled out. Someone is sitting down next to me? What's going on?! Man, I wish I could speak, or see, or even move, but it feels as if my body is paralyzed.
I feel someone grab my hand gently, holding it with both of theirs.
I figure, by the touch of the hands, it is most likely a girl. They lay their forehead on the side of my stomach, taking in deep breaths.
On the side of my hospital gown, I can feel a wet spot, growing larger. Whoever is sitting near me is crying, and I wish I could help, but I can't...
After taking one last breath, the person speaks up.
"Harper," *hic* *sniff* "I-I know you can't hear me becuase you are asleep, but I... I am s-so sorry." There is a pause in the voice.
"I didn't have enough time to tell you while you were awake, but whoever did this to you is going to pay. They are going to pay for what they did to you. I can't let you stay like this." The voice is shaking with anger now.
"People need to understand that they can't treat you like this, they can't treat anyone like this! I don't know what you did, but I'm sure you didn't do anything.
*sob* *sob* My whole right side is wet now, wet with the tears of someone who cares about me a lot...
Their voice starts again. "You can't hear me now, but I know someday that I will tell you... When I have the confidence." There is a long break in the scentence. "Harper..."
"Harper, I love you. I love you more than I have ever loved another human being. You make me feel like the luckiest person alive. Whenever I'm with you, you make me laugh, you make me smile..." They take a breath. "I know we have only known eachother for a short time, but I've deeply, deeply, fallen in love with you Harper. I don't know how, but I've never been happier in all of my life. I am so confused, because we were just friends. and my feelings have grown even more... grown into love. I know you don't feel the same way as I do, but I can't control what I am feeling."
Wow. I feel flattered... I-I'm speechless...
You are so beautiful, that every time I see you..."
"M-my heart... it stops."
Now I know who it is, and my heart stops too, I would have never thought he had such soft hands.
