Kabuto x reader part 2

After that incident with Kabuto you couldn't stop thinking about him. 'Did he mean that kiss? Or was he just trying to get me riled up?' You wonder. You got bored so you got out of bed and decided to walk around the base. As you were leaving your room you bumped into Sasuke. 

"Idiot. Kabuto sent me to get you" He said. You internally squeal. 

"Got it duck ass" You said, Sasuke looked like he was gonna kill you. So you ran off to Kabuto's room only to find it empty. 'I guess he's in the laboratory then' so you headed off to the lab. Once you arrived you knocked on the door and heard a muffled come in by the one and only Kabuto. You blush and shyly entered the room

"You were looking for me" You say quietly but loud enough for him to hear.

"Ah yes I was looking for you y/n. There's still some things we need to clear up" He says as he starts slowly walking towards you. You stepped backwards until your back him the cold stone wall. He chuckled.

"You can't be that scared of me after our little incident right y/n" You just nodded slowly as he continues walking to you until he pins your arms to the wall and you whimper because of how harsh he is and because of the coldness of the wall.

"K-Kabu-" Before you could finish your sentence you were interrupted by a kiss. It took you a few seconds to react but you soon melted into it. You pull away.

"Kabuto.. do you actually mean the kiss?" You quietly ask him. He snickers.

"Of course I do my love, why wouldn't I" And at that he kisses your forehead. You smile and he unpins your arms and you follow him to watch what he was doing before he kissed you.

"What is that" You ask him. He smiles and pushes up his glasses.

"It's just an antidote for this new poison I made" You smile. After a few minutes of comfortable silence you decided to speak up.

"So what are we now after.. the kiss" You hesitantly ask him. He looks up at you and turns around.

"Well whatever your most comfortable with. I may be evil but I respect boundaries" He says smiling.

"W-well do you wanna be together as a couple?" You ask him. He smile is even brighter.

"I thought you'd never ask" He gets up and cups your face and brings his soft lips to meet yours. After a few minutes you guys pull away.

"What is Orochimaru gonna say about this" You ask with a frown.

"Don't worry about that, I already talked to him about it and he is fine with it. He also said we'd make powerful babies" he chuckles with that last part. 

After that you continued to watch him make scientific stuff for a few hours and during that you fell asleep. He noticed that and picked you up and carried you to your room. When he was about to leave you grabbed his wrist.

"Please stay" You smile at him.

"I can't say no to you" He smiles and takes off his glasses and gets into you bed and puts his arms around you. You guys ended up falling asleep like that.
