Kakashi x Reader

It was a bright sunny day in Konoha, I was pretty drained from training. A few scratches and bruises but nothing major. I was sweating BADLY. It was that hot outside and I haven't drank anything. As I got back to where the main village was I can feel myself getting heavier and heavier until right before I blacked out I saw my best friend since we were kids, Kakashi Hatake.

As I woke up, I didn't recognize the room at first. Took me a minute to realize I was in Kakashi's bed. I was speechless at first and tried to stand up and walk out but my body was heavy and my legs gave out. 'Did I have a heat stroke?' I thought. 

"So you finally woke up" Kakashi came in reading makeout paradise.

"Yeah, what happened" I said with a puzzled look.

"You blacked out from heat exhaustion, you know you need to drink water while you train especially when its hot out" For a minute there he sounded like your dad.

"I know, I know" I said annoyed for a min. After some awkward silence I giggled because his eyes were still glued to that pervy book.

"What you giggling at?" He said still reading the book.

"Its just *Hehe* you are still *hehe* reading that *hehe* pervy book" It took me a minute to finish what i was saying but i spit it out. He just glared at me and rolled his eyes and kept reading his book. Time passed and I checked the time.

"I should get going Kakashi" I said sounding kinda sad because I loved his company even though we barely talked.

"I'll walk you home so I can make sure you don't get hurt" I blushed and just nodded. We headed out and on our way to my house we were jumped well more like I was. I was dragged into an alleyway while the other one tried to fight Kakashi, the guy stabbed him and I felt my heart break but soon realizing it was a shadow clone. After a minute Kakashi showed up behind the one who had a kunai to my neck.

"Kill her and I will make sure you never see the light of day again" He sounded angry like he was gonna explode. The guy immediately let go and ran away with his friend. I turn around and quickly took Kakashi into a tight embrace while tears were soaking my face.

After that we arrived my house and i was about to walk in the door when I suddenly felt someone grab my wrist.

"Y/n.. I don't want this to ruin  our friendship but I would love to take you out on a date. I understand if you say no." My eyes were watering and my face was crimson red. 

"YES YES I WOULD LOVE TOO!" I yelled. He stayed over and we cuddled all night.
