"Scorpiaaaa! The phone is ringing!" Catra shouted, not moving a single inch of her body.
She laid on the couch in the most uncomfortable position ever, playing on her phone and just getting bored.
"It's for you, Wildcat!" The built woman yelled back, making the Latina groan and fall lazily off the sofa.
She stood up and made her way torward her host, grabbing the wall phone that was still there just for Scorpia's whim.
"Hello." The brunette called.
"Oh, hello! Is this Miss...Elisabeth Catra Maullidos?" The lady questioned unsure.
She hold back a frustrated sight: she hated her first name, indeed a very restricted group of people new it.
"Yeah, that's me, but please, just call me Catra." She asked as politely as she could.
"Hello Miss, I'm Julia Thompson, from Brightmoon University. I've been willing to discuss with you about some irregularities with your address." The lady started expleaning.
"Oh, yeah, I just moved into my friend's place, but in September I subscribed for a dorm. It should be included in the scholarship" the brunette said, starting feeling annoyed.
"That's the thing: unfortunately we had to prioritise the students who don't live in Brightmoon, but since it results us that you rent an apartment in the city, we had to decline your request. The extra money of your scholarship will be given you anyways for maintaining yourself as if you were here. It's strictly a logistic problem." She went on saying.
"Excuse me, what?! I rented no apartment and my friend lives in Garnetian!" Catra snapped shocked, making Scorpia run back from the kitchen.
"Oh! That's surprising, according to the municipal documents you have an flat in the city, although the titolar of the rental contract isn't you, probably your roommate. It's in a pretty neighbourhood too." The lady replied.
"There must be a mistake, probably they confused me with someone who is my homonym." The Latina hypothesised.
"It could be...listen, I can give you a couple of weeks to find out; if it isn't you, then we will do whatever we can to let you in a dorm." She proposed.
"Yeah! That would be great, thank you! May you give me the address too?" Catra exclaimed in relief.
"Sure: appartament 12B, Crystal road, Brightmoon." The lady read out loud, while the brunette gestures to Scorpia to give her some paper and pen.
"Crystal road, 12B, got it! Thank you." The girl repeated.
"I'll be waiting for your response." She said, closing the phone call shortly after.
The latina sighted.
"What happened?" The white-haired girl questioned.
"Just my usual luck, because nothing can be easy! I'll be leaving tomorrow for Brightmoon, probably crashing at DT's" Catra scoffed, typing through her phone to write them a text.
"May I have more details?" Scorpia demanded quietly, following her.
"Apparently I'm in a rental lease for some apartment in Brightmoon, therefore I'm at the bottom of the list to get a dorm." She complained.
"How could it happen?" The built girl wondered out loud.
"As I said, my usual luck, big gal." Catra scoffed again.
