The War Faerie

chapter four

Third's POV

Charlotte walked to her class. Her class was named "UNDERSTANDING YOUR POWERS". When she entered there was another professor, it was a man. He was short and bald, he also had glasses, he wasn't wearing a cape, but he was wearing a black suit. His hair was brown and in a semi-circle on the back of his head. He said "Good morning Charlotte. How was your weekend?" "Good morning Professor Allen. Eh, I visited the cave in the night, and I went back to my grandparents' house at 4:30am. They caught me and I'm grounded." explained Charlotte. "Oh, well now you get to practice magic for the next 8hours." he said with an apologetic smile.

Then the rest of the class entered. They all took their places. "Ok now, may the fire faeries please go on the left side of the class, the water faeries please go on the right side, the air faeries stay in the middle and the faeries with all of these powers go in the front of the class. Now I will give you each a room to practice your powers. There will be a coach with you, just in case." said Professor Allen

Charlotte was up in the front of the class all alone. Everyone walked in a straight line out of the door and into another classroom. She was the only one in that class who could control all three of them.

Professor Allen turned around band faced Charlotte "So, are you ready to start?" Charlotte nodded, she was so happy that she was the only one who has all the powers at once, for the first time in her life she felt special. Professor Allen told her that powers are based on emotion, therefore the stronger the emotion...  Charlotte continued the sentence "The stronger the power." She was really proud that she understood that. It's been hard for her to understand her powers.

Professor Allen showed her the possibilities that she could have with her powers. "Now, since you are the only one in the school I'm going to give you extra classes. You need to work hard."

The class had finally finished and Luna ran out of her class and to her locker. Charlotte's locker was next to her and Charlotte was waiting for her. "I MANAGED TO TRANSFORM FELICITY (her pet hamster) INTO A DISH!" exclaimed Luna, she was so happy that she managed. "Wow! I nearly managed to control my powers, you know without freaking out"said Charlotte whilst fidgeting with her feet and looked at the ground.

Max's POV

Uh, school is so boring, and I don't have any friends here. My only friends are Charlotte and Luna but they're in another building. I want to find out more about their school, they never talked about it, they always avoided the topic. Ok, so it's decided I will ask them about their school (the simple details) and then look them up if they are true.

The bell rang.

I ran out of class, chemistry was the worst, next I had gym which was the most fun of all. Mr. Byers was our PE teacher and our biology teacher. He's my favourite teacher, he's really cool.

"Hey Max, is everything ok?" asked Mr. Byers. He always knew when I was thinking about something and I could always open up to him. "Well, I've been thinking about asking Luna and Charlotte about their school," I explained to him. "What if they lie? What will you do then?" Mr. Byers said, he seemed a bit too interested. "Well, I would look up their school on the internet and see if the things they told me would be true. I wonder what they do at their school. Sometimes I ask them but they never answer, so now I'm gonna keep on asking them until they answer." I was jumping with happiness.

"Good idea. anyway, I have to go. Anyway, I have to go. See you later?"
