Izuku's POV

Bakugou was back to his usual yelling self but there was a lightness to it that wasn't there before. After Bakugou apologized, many others did too and I could tell they regretted their past actions.

"Is Lyra doing all right?" Mina whispered, glancing at Uraraka.

I raised my eyebrows at her behavior. "She still hasn't woken up. Is everything alright with you?"

"Yes of course. Why wouldn't it be?" She rushed out. Her body was stiff and she kept on glancing back at Uraraka, who was facing away from us talking to Momo. She threw me a quick smile and walked away. "I hope she gets better!"

"What's up with her?" Scarlet asked.

"I don't know." I muttered.

Lyra's POV

I was weightless, simply floating in a dark abyss. I myself seemed to be transparent as my hand passed through the other, making it disappear into a smoke, before reforming. Voices echoed around me, but when I reached for them, they faded away into nothing before I could fully understand them.

Stable...awake...months...to her.

I grasped for anything and lunged towards a familiar voice. North.

East Star... go back.

Were they going back? I strained my ears for more information, but no other words were spoken.

I reached one more time, but the voices got further and further. Panic seized me as I began to fall. My arms flailed for something, anything, but I kept on falling deeper and deeper.

White hot lightning flared through me.

Then nothing.

I blinked as a young girl with blond hair and small white wings flew straight through me, as if I was a ghost. Her arms were spread out and she flapped them as she tried to gain more speed. I was simply a spectator as the young girl squealed in delight as a blur of white and gold sped towards her. Towards a younger me.

A soft cry escaped my lips as my mom...my mom... grabbed little me and spun around, "Got you, little lyre." Her bright white hair matched the clouds around her as her golden armor gleamed valiantly in the sun.

I swiped at my tears as younger me giggled and kicked out of her arms, "That's no fair." I wanted to yell at her in order to savor her moments in her mother's arms but she couldn't hear me. The memory continued as if I wasn't there.

My mom gasped, her golden eyes bright under the glare of the sun, "No fair? I gave you a five minute head start."

"You were supposed to give me ten!"

"How are you gonna get faster if I make it easy?"

Younger me flapped her arms, "Like this!"

My mom let out her beautiful laugh that lit up everything around her, "What are you? A chicken?"

"No, am not." Younger me pouted.

My mom shook her head and gently fixed younger me's form, "You have to let the wind flow through you, your arms and wings, everything. You have to let yourself fall in its embrace. Don't fight it."
