"Lily!"

I groaned. I was having the most amazing dream ever, that I had found my mate and he had been the handsome and downright sexy Channing Tatum. I grudgingly opened my eyes to find a smiling Micah, sitting at the end of my bed. I growled.

"I swear, you better have a very good damn reason for waking me up mutt."

"Mutt? Don't forget that I AM your brother, and you ARE a wolf too. So ease up on the names... pup."

I hated when he was right.

"What do you want."

"I'm hungry."

"And?"

"Your the only one who cooks actual food."

"And?"

"Aaaaaaand, that's basically pretty much it."

"I'm not cooking for you."

"But I'm starving."

"And that is why you were created with hands to cook for yourself."

"Alpha Lily please."

I sighed. "Your lucky I sort of love you," I replied, swinging my legs over the bed. I went downstairs and took out the ingredients to make pancakes with hash browns and eggs with sausage. Micah was right. I was the only one in the house who actually cooked. As I was mixing the batter for the pancakes, one of the pack members, Winston, walked in.

"Cece."

"What's going on?"

"We found a Rogue."

"Where."

"He was just wandering on the outskirts of town."

"Escort him here."

"Yes Alpha."

He left through the back door and I continued mixing the batter. Pretty soon, breakfast was served and it didn't take long for Eric and Jackson to stumble into the kitchen, no doubt having smelled the food. I looked at them, one eyebrow raised.

"Um.... Whatcha doing?" Eric stammered. I laughed.

"I get it. Your excuses to get breakfast are pathetic. Just stop," I chuckled.

"Atleast I tried," he muttered. I walked by him, ruffling his hair when I did. He immediately patted it down.

"Ease up on the hair. It took me a while," he said crossing his arms.

"Gawd, your worse then a girl," I replied.

Two more wolves, Devon and Chris, walked in.

"Alpha," they said, bowing their head.

"Devon, Chris."

"The rouge is outside."

"Okay, I'll take care of it."

They nodded and walked out. I was about to follow them when Eric grabbed my hand.

"Wait."

"What," I said, narrowing my eyes at him.

"You forgot about our breakfast," he replied, his head hanging low. I burst out laughing.

"Okay, you guys seriously need to learn how to cook."

"And why would we do such a stupid thing if we have you, sister dear," Micah said, his face expression innocent. I shook my head chuckling. I went back to the stove, battering up the pan with butter before pouring the pancake mix. By the time the batter was gone, so were the pancakes. I glared at the three boys and they looked away, smiling. I couldn't help but laugh. As they finished their breakfast, I followed my men outside. The rogue was handcuffed, and it looked like he had been beaten around a little bit. His cuts and bruises were already starting to heal. I stepped in front of him, crossing my arms.

"Your trespassing on MY territory. Why."

"Your just a pathetic She-Wolf. Where's your Alpha," he snarled.

I swung my arm, and without hesitation punched him in the face. I felt my fist make a satisfactory hit as I heard the sound of bones breaking. His nose started to gush out blood.

"I AM the Alpha pup. Why are you here."

"Fuck," he cursed, lifting his hands up to wipe the blood away.

"Answer my question!"

"I was just passing through, nothing else," he muttered.

I turned to the nearby wolf, Devon. "What happened?"

"He put up a fight, struggled a lot too. In the end, we had to rattle him up a little to weaken him enough to take hold of him."

"Take him to the cells until he starts talking," I said before walking away. I didn't get more then 2 steps when he said something that made me freeze:

"Derek has already planned the attack."

All around me growls of anger erupted, all directed towards this rogue. I turned around, mimicking the growls. I practically ran towards him, grabbing him by the throat. I held him up against the wall, my canines practically out. I could feel my wolf trying to shift. My body was shaking uncontrollably.

"What. Do. You. Know," I growled.

"Easy there cupcake, I'm the good guy here," he managed to breathe out.

"Tell me!" I snapped before slamming him against the wall.

"I will if you let me go!"

Reluctantly I released my hold on him. He rubbed his throat, almost smirking at me. I scowled.

"Start talking."

"I was just walking, minding my own business when I overheard two wolves talking about how Derek had everything planned. Being the handsome good rogue I am, I intervened and started asking questions. Apparently Derek plans to attack in two days time."

That was it for me. I shifted into my white wolf. Half my men still didn't have the skills for battle, and Derek was taking advantage of my parents sudden death. I wanted nothing more then to rip him limb by limb, him and his pathetic guard. I ran towards the edge of the woods, not caring where I went. I wanted to vent out my anger, to pummel something down to the ground. Jackson and Eric kept trying to get into my mind but I was blocking them out. I didn't want to talk to anyone. I wanted to shift back, but I remembered that I still didn't have clothes. I mind-linked Jackson to bring me a set of clothes, and I sat down waiting. If Derek was going to attack in two days, so be it. I would make sure my men were ready. I was distracted by soft footsteps and moments later, Jackson came into the clearing, carrying a bag. I took the bag and walked behind a tree. I felt my muscles relax and the air around me shifted. I closed my eyes and let the world change. Once I shifted back, I picked up the bag and took out the clothes. Thank God Jackson knew me well. I was happy I had him as my beta, but as my friend as well. I quickly changed into the short jean shorts and blue, loose v-neck shirt he packed. I grabbed my long, light brown hair into a messy bun on top of my head. As I walked towards Jackson, I caught a whiff of the most intoxicating and beautiful smell I had ever encountered. Everything inside me stopped. My breathing, my my mind, my body, my heart. My wolf was telling me only one thing. And only one word repeated itself over and over again in my head.

MATE.
