"Ne, Aoi, who's that?" Zenitsu asks as he pointed out a girl talking to Kanao. "Ah, that's Kanao's twin sister named [Name]. The opposite of Kanao, she's always happy and cheerful all day," she said.

"Her smell says the opposite, she smells sad and in grief," I said and Aoi looked at me, "We all know she was, those smiles would fade when she's all alone," She said.

"She's been sold to a lot of people for money, it's not because she's a comfort, it's because of slavery," she added.

"[Name]-chan" I called as she looked at me and she smiled. "Tanjiro-kun, What is it?" She asked and smiled. Please show me your real smile.

"Tanjiro-kun? What's wrong?" She asked as I gained my composure. "Nothing, I-if you don't mind. Please let me see your real smile" I said and she looked at me confused but able to smile again. Please don't fake it.

"I am smi-"

"Please don't, I want to see your real smile. The real one behind those fake ones," I looked at her determined. I wanna see you smile, I know you're in pain so please at least open up.

She then cried and covered her face, "I thought I'm good enough to hide it," she said wiping her flowing tears. "It's not just me, everyone knows," I said as she looked surprised.

The pain she was keeping, revealed, all of it and I myself pitied her, I myself wanted to at least make her forget what happened.

She shows me the scar she had in her body when she accidentally tripped over and she let me put an ointment on her back revealing a lot of scars.

They forced her to eat nails and sharp pointed objects, throw her away, put her inside a sack then throw her in the lake, put some chilli on her eyes, put her in an inverted cross, domestic violence, not letting her eat for 3 days and many more.

"Tanjiro-kun, don't tell Kanao and also Shinobu-sama. They didn't know anything about my past since Kanao and I were twins but separated."

Those words she told me rang inside me, [Name]-chan suffered a lot and wanted to make everyone to know she's still happy and okay even though she isn't.

I saw Shinobu-san, Kanao, Zenitsu and the others. They were looking at me and Zenitsu was still shocked but not looking at me. "Did we all hear everything right?" Shinobu-san asked and now I know what he is talking about.

"What-"

"DID SHE REALLY ATE NAILS? CROSSED INVERTED, RECEIVED VIOLENCE AND STARVING HER TO DEATH?! DID WE HEARD ALL THAT RIGHT?!" Shinobu-san yelled. It was my first time seeing her lose her temper.

"Yes, yes it was." I said bowing down.

I was staying at the butterfly mansion for somedays for training when I heard a loud shout coming from [Name]'s room. Me, Zenitsu and Inosuke got up and ran to [Name]'s room.

Shinobu-san and Kanao followed, they checked her pulse and confirmed she's still alive. Yes, [Name], tried to commit suicide by overdosing herself. When she woke up, she wore a weak smile asking oh, I'm still alive, nice to see you again then.

Just saying that, she received a slap from Shinobu-san as her smile fades. "I'm tired, seeing their faces, hearing all those pop up voices, in those nightmares, even in my sweetest dream they would appear. Everyday in my life since I was taken, I can only see their faces, hear their yelling, I can even hear my voice begging for the countless begs they didn't give!" she said tearing up and in a crack voice.

"I-im just t-tired!" she said and looked at us. "Burden, useless, slave, dirt, ugly, nothing, all those words hit me hard, all those slaps, all those whipping, all those nails they force me to swallow, all of those kept on coming back one after another!" she said as she curled her hand up.

"Poor [Name]-chan" Mitsuri-san commented in afar.

I came and talked to her, I always do that, she was then sent into a mission and I need to go with her. She killed the demon bravely with her eyes not glowing, it's dull and not alive but her smile or should we say fake one can be seen.

"[Name]-chan," I called and she looked ay me and wore that smile again. "Please, if you can't drive those nightmares away. Please let me help you in the way I can!" I said as her eyes glowed a bit. "Kanao and the others might do it as well!" I added I looked at her straight to her eyes.

My eyes widened when I saw her, smile. And I'm sure it's a real one. We planned to make her happy in the way we could and somehow she was coping up and smiling brightly. To be honest, I've been liking her and wanna confess but I'm afraid to do so.

"UHM" both of us stared at each other.

"Eh?" As both of us laugh.

"Just the way you are, Y/n- chan.  I've known your flaws and pain about you so please, I want you to let me drive that pain away by me and me only" I said and she was blushing and smiling gracefully

"I liked you because of helping me also with their help as well as encouraging me to cop up and make me open up to others" she said.
