[046] Kamado Tanjiro

"CAW! CAW! CAW! GO TO THE WEST! SOMEONE SENT A REQUEST FOR BACK UP!" Tanjiro's kasugai crow has announced to the Kamaboko squad.

They immediately responded and came in time seeing a girl having a sakura patterned haori fight the demon. "What are you guys waiting for?!" she yelled and they went there and saw the lady demon having a number on its eyes.

"DAKI!" the girl with the sakura haori yelled as she stepped in and swayed her katana. "Too bad, [Name], you may be stronger than those I ate, but you're still weak," the demon said. Just 3 minutes passed, the sun started rising.

The girl then, who acted tough suddenly fell on the ground. And Tanjiro sensed a great amount of blood coming from the girl. He saw the injuries in her thighs and broken fingers.

They immediately brought her to the Butterfly Mansion, "Who is she, Shinobu-san?" Tanjiro asked as Shinobu smiled. "[Last Name] [Name], the second user of sakura breathing. A tsugoku of Mitsuri," she answered.

"She really doesn't speak a lot and also always uses force and fake smiles because just like Kanao, she had a terrible childhood," Mitsuri interrupted.

"What is it? If you don't mind" Tanjiro said. "Hmm, You know-"

"[Name]-chan, come here," a lady suddenly showed up and [Name] approached her. She was grabbed in the arm but she wasn't resisting.

In her life, slavery was normal, abuse is normal, weak can't speak their thoughts, weak can't complain, weak can't have their rights, weak wasn't destined to live and every weak should die.

For her, there is no such thing as the right thing. For her, everything she did was bad.

She was sold out here and there only to be seen by Obanai and Mitsuri being tied in the neck. And treated her as a dog.

"Here's your food," a man said and threw bones in [Name]'s dirty plate. Mitsuri felt pity, Obanai approached the girl and gave her a cookie.

The little  girl looked up only to see a bleeding mouth and eyes. Pale and dry lips, Obanai immediately checked her up and found out she's having a high fever.

They took her and left money in exchange. They brought her to the mansion and gave her needs, but still, her old self didn't leave her. She treated Obanai and Mitsuri as god and goddess.

"That's why," Mitsuri said. "Her left eyes were also destroyed and decided to have surgery," Shinobu said as Tanjiro nodded.

Everyone then prepared for the upcoming Sakura Festival, Tanjiro came up with an idea of bringing her in the festival.

He's not gonna lie that the girl is attractive and caught his attention. Just looking at her making him like [Name] more. But his first move for now is to make her smile. The real smile.

"[Name]-san!" he yelled as soon as the Love Pillar's tsugoku was now can be seen. She looked at him and gave a small smile. She was sitting in a sakura tree's branch. She went down and stood up in front of the demon slayer who called him.

"Would you want to go with me, tonight? at the festival?" He asks earning a silent confusion of the girl as she tilts her head. "I'll take that as why," he chuckles.

"Well, I've sensed a great pain inside of you and I want that to be gotten rid of. Even just this time, I want you to at least go with me and enjoy," he explained making the girl's eyes widen

"So, would you go with me?" He asked again as the girl smiled. "Yes," she answered.

"I'll just see you later, [Name]-chan. Let's meet at the Butterfly mansion's gate," he said as he waved and the girl waved back.

Mitsuri saw this and sparkled a lot. "A young love is about to bloom," she said.

Mitsuri planned something that would make her tsugoku to be prettier. She lend a beautiful sakura patterned kimono. Tying [Name]'s hair in a bun with a sakura pin. All set, all they need to do is attend the festival.

"[Name]-cha- ... You look so pretty" Tanjiro complimented me as the girl replied with a smile. "Thank you," she said.

Both of them walked until they reached the festival venue. A lot of people are coming around. "Tanjiro," [Name] whispered making the boy look at her. "You have a sister right? Won't-" she was cut off when the guy smiled widely. "Zenitsu was with her, besides I just wanted to spend time with you," he answered making the girl blush a bit.

"I've seen you in the final selection wearing this," she spoke, more like a whisper and pointed fox masks. "Ah, yes, it was given by my sensei," he answered as he took 1 and placed it on [Name]'s head and took another one for him.

While with him, [Name] was able to smile happily enjoying every moments. And Tanjiro was able to witness this, her pain was driven away. 'She's cheerfully talkative when happy' Tanjiro thought as he was staring at the girl having fun.

The girl looked at him and smiled. He then smiled as well and leaned in, kissing her forehead. "How I wish you'll be this happy forever," he said making [Name] blush.

"You're the reason for this, that's why I want to thank you," she said shyly. "A-a-actually ... I l-like you, T-tanjiro!" she said hiding her face using the mask.

"I do as well, [Name]-chan" he said and hugged [Name]. "I really do," he whispered making [Name] hug him back.

After the festival, she became more cheerful but always able to control it. Tanjiro and [Name] were dating and its no secret. They don't do PDA that much but somethimes they still do.
