Y/N'S POV

I SAT ON MY REGULAR SEAT BEHIND ALL the students in the corner of the back. A view beside me was enough to not listen to the lecture. A view to the front of the school. Sometimes I'd see Oikawa particularly making out with a girl. Every once a week it was always a new girl. I felt bad for them. How could they just let someone play with their feelings?

Well whatever they're reason were, I didn't care.

"Hey, y/n. How's you head?" Terushi whispered.

"Its fine," I replied. He nodded and went back to listing to the teacher.

Terushi is in my homeroom, and every other class I have. 3-4, is my class. Nora is one class headed of us. While Remy is in the upper class, 3-6, the same where he is. (I don't know, I checked which class Oikawa is and it said 6 but I don't know if its true but whatever).

I let out a sigh and looked out the window, seeing Oikawa walking hand in hand with a new girl. They sat on the bench. Every time they sat, the girls would always nodded their heads. My guess is that he'd asked them something. Because right after they nodded yes, he'd kiss them.

But whatever they did I ignored it. I looked back at the board and started to write down the notes.

I parked the car at the driveway and grabbed my bag from the passenger seat. Walking out the car, it made a beep-beep sound as I pressed the lock symbol on the keys. I quickly got inside before I'd see Oikawa across from the street.

Oikawa lived across from me. Everyday I'd waked up or leave early so I don't have to bump into Oikawa. I felt lucky since Oikawa has practice right after last class.

"Hey mom," I mumbled and walked over to her. She was cooking and baking. Which lead to dinners. I shot her an are-you-serious look and she responded with a please-just-go-with-it look.

"Let me guess." I paused, "we're having dinner with the Oikawa's." I asked, well I didn't ask since I already knew the answer.

"Yes," she replied.

"Oh, come on Mom!" I threw my hands to the air, "you know I don't get along with their son!" she already knew this, but she didn't care about my opinion. She most likely loved them more and not me.

Me. Her only child over some crazy idiocy family! I couldn't believe her. Every two days a week I have to see Oikawa. I wonder if they're ever tired of coming over to my house.

"I'm sorry sweetie, but-"

"-But you don't care." I crossed my arms over my chest. "No, no, no. Its not like that-"

"You know what? Whatever" I muttered and walked upstairs. She tried to call out for me but I ignored her. This wasn't a good idea to do that to your mother but I just couldn't stop myself. I hated how she choose them over me. She didn't care about me...not anymore.

When the Oikawa family moved in to our neighborhood when I was 10, mom started to get closer to their family than me. My parents got divorced when I was 13. They argued every night over something careless. Well that's what I would say. Over thinking it, I was careless.

My dad wanted more kids. But mom...couldn't. Not anymore. She used to tell me a story when I was younger. The fights started after I was six. See the thing was that the story my mom would tell me was true.

She'd sit me down every night and tell me a sad story. I'd always see her shed a tear every time. I would always say, "mommy please don't cry. It's just a story." She'd stared at me and wiped her tears.

"Yeah. It's just a story."

Knock Knock.

A knock at the door snapped me out of my thoughts. I stumbled on my seat.

"Come in." I softly called out, setting my pencil down and turning my head to the door.

"The guests have arrived." My mother spoke, I can tell she felt bad for not telling me before by the sound of her voice.

"And by that you want me to go downstairs?" I pin pointed the point. She nodded and I let out a sigh. "I'll be down in a minute," I stood up, forcefully and walked to my closet. She walked out and closed my door.

I changed into some more comfortable clothes, since I was still wearing my school uniform. As I walked out of my room, the smell of baked cookies forced its way into my nostrils. I felt immediately regret wash over me as I heard Oikawa's voice. Well the only Oikawa I hate.

But the thought of my mom came into my head. It didn't matter if she didn't care about me, at all. I still cared about her. She was never judging me or telling me things. I know she still loves me. Do all those moments of us mean nothing to her at all? She must still care.

I pushed aside my feelings and looked towards moms feelings. I'll just avoid Oikawa like any other day. No big deal. What could possibly go wrong?
