"Hello and what can i get for you?" A borderline depressing cashier asked as Y/n walked through the door.
Y/n read her name tag, 'Alex.'
"hello uhm, i have a favor to ask" Y/n stood in front of the counter. "I'm kind of trying to confess.. to my best friend" Y/n smiled with a bit of blush, this caught the cashier's attention. She was probably a couple years older than the first year. College, maybe?
"oh! how can i help?" Alex looked much happier.
"well uh, before you get all excited you might wanna know that she's a girl.."
"ok?" the cashier looked a bit confused, her innocence made Y/n's heart melt a bit.
"oh you're cool with that?"
"i mean yeah! i don't get why some people won't let people love"
'YESSSSS'
"Plus," Alex lifted her arm and flipped her hand down, 💅🏳️🌈, with a smile.
'DOUBLE YESSSSS'
"Same!" Y/n smiled back, "uhm just so you don't send over the wrong person," she laughed, handing over her phone that showed a picture of Mina, "she has pink skin and short-ish curly pink hair with yellow horns, and i told her to 'order' a heart sprinkle cookie" Y/n smiled in excitement, blush dusted her cheeks at the thought of Mina following her little quest.
"alright, cool" Alex wrote down the fake order. "anything else i should know?"
"uhm could you give this to her?" Y/n handed the cashier a box with a necklace inside and two different colored roses, peach and coral.
"oh wow these are beautiful," the cashier looked in awe, "she's gonna love them" she finished with a warm smile.
"i hope so" Y/n then smiled and waved as she walked out of the shop, making sure to leave a few dollars for the help.
'guess the next stop is the arcade!'
