3rd Person POV
It's around Halloween and Sara and Ava are the only ones not dressed up. Ray is dressed up as Darth Vader. Nate is dressed up as Han Solo. Zari 1.0 is dressed up as Princess Leia. Jax was dressed up at Boba Fett. Gary was dressed as a storm trooper, and Spooner was dressed as Rey Skywalker. Behrad was dressed as another storm trooper.
In the bridge, "Come on Cap, its Halloween dress up." Ray pleaded.
"Ray, I hate this holiday." Sara told him.
"Do it for us, your team come one Sara." Nate says. Sara thinks for a moment.
"Okay, what do I dress up as?" Sara asks them confused.
"Whatever you want." Behrad says. Sara looks over at Ava and sighs.
"I mean, I could put on my old black canary suit." Sara says. "I think I fixed it from when I died." She says more to herself. Sara leaves the room to put on her black canary outfit.
Sara's POV
I walk to my room and put on my black canary suit. I carry my mask and bo staff and walk to the bridge. The doors open, "Um, little old from my league days. Also a little tight on my arms." I say and put on my mask and hold my bo staff. "Also, there is still a little bit of dry blood from when I died." I say and look down at my suit.
I see everyone is looking at me. "You guys are staring." I tell them.
"You don't seem bothered to talk about when you died." Nate says.
"Please, I die once a year." I say laughing. "Listen, if I got to dress up so does Ava." I say looking at Ava.
"No way." Ava says shaking her head.
"Ava if you don't dress up I'm changing." I tell her.
"Fine! I don't even know what to dress up as." Ava tells us.
"Use your imagination." I say. She leaves the room. A few minutes later, Ava comes in dressed in league gear. "Damn." I say.
"What are you dressed as?" Nate asks.
"League of Assassins" I say laughing. "Did you know in the league we used Halloween to get a lot of assassinations done." I say seriously.
"Really!?" Jax asks. I nod and laugh.
"It was the perfect cover. Knock on the door and kill them." I say causally.
"Lets go trick or treat in Star City." Gary says.
"Lets go!" I say and grab Ava's hand. We walk out of the Waverider and into Star City.
As we are walking league of assassins, assassins pull us into an alley. "Damn it! I forgot this outfit was wanted by the league." I tell my team.
"Ta-er al-Sahfer" One says
"Yes, that would be me." I say raising my hand. "Man I wish the league took days off." I mumble to myself. I step forward, he takes a swing with his sword. I dodge it and take out my bo staff. The other 4 assassins start to attack me. "I got this." I tell my team. I start to fight them. "Can I kill them?" I ask my team.
"Go ahead but one." Ava says, I nod and snap the ones neck with my staff. I use that ones sword to kill the other 3. I push the last one against the wall.
"Tell Ras Al'Ghul to fight me himself." I tell him and push his away and he runs. "Damn I regret joining them." I say and my team comforts me.
"Why were they looking for you?" Spooner asks.
"I used to work for them, the only way you leave the league is to die or to fight Ras the leader and kill them." I explain to her. She nods, "Okay, I will die if I have to face Nyssa." I say more to myself then my team.
"Who's Nyssa?" Zari asks.
I chuckle, "My Ex. She really is crazy. She tried to kill me and my family if I didn't return to the league." I say laughing. My team is so confused.
"I'm crazy?" I hear someone behind me ask.
"Shit." I say and slowly turn around to face the assassin. "Nyssa in Arabic please." She nods.
"What are you doing in Star City killing my assassins?" She asks.
"Well they attacked me first, I'm just trying to have fun with my friends." I say pointing to my team that look scared.
"Belov-" She starts I cut her off.
"Do not call me that." I say in English.
"Really well Sara." Nyssa says.
"Now what do you want?" I ask her stepping in front of my team protectively.
"For you to come back to the league." Nyssa tells me, I start laughing.
"Oh... Your serious. My bad. No, I will never join the league again." I tell her taking a step towards her defensively.
"Sara, maybe we should just go." Behrad tries to reason.
"No, B. If Nyssa here wants me to join the league I'll fight Ras." I tell them. Nyssa looks shocked.
"Who cannot beat my father." Nyssa says.
"Sara lets just go." Ray says. I shake my head.
"Nice to see you again, Mr. Palmer." Nyssa says.
"Lets go guys." I say walking past Nyssa my team following.
"See you around Ta-er al-Sahfer" Nyssa says and runs into the darkness.
"Holy shit." I start having a panic attack. I breathe heavily and back into a wall. Ava comes over and helps me through it.
"Hey, Hey, It's okay." She says rubbing my back. I nod.
"I really hate panic attacks." I say and my team looks at me with pity and concern. "I'm good guys." I say and stand back up and pull off my mask. "Anyone want to meet Captain Lance?" I ask my team.
"Your father?" Gary asks. I nod.
"He is really nice and already knows Ava." I tell them. They all nod. "Change first." I say and open a portal to the ship. We all change.
"Captain Sharpe we never got to get candy." Gary says with a pout.
"Gary we can buy candy later." I say. He nods.
Not a good chapter in my opinion but hey. Hope you guys enjoyed it.
