Sara's POV
"What the fuck did you do?!" I scream at my team, they messed with the damn timeline again.
"Sara calm down." My wife says, I shake my head.
"I'm going out, by the time I get back in the morning, the timeline better be fixed." I threaten, I start to walk away and I kiss Ava on the lips before I leave.
I walk out into Star City and walk towards my sister's old apartment from before she died. When I walk into the house the first thing I hear is, "Mom!" And I get tackled in a hug. I smile and wrap my arms around my 13 year old daughter.
"Hey Laurel." I say and she smiles.
"I was just working on my homework." She tells me, I smile.
"Your such a good kid." I tell her and she smiles widely. "Go finish your homework and I'll get dinner ready." She nods happily.
"How are the legends?" She asks, she knows about everything. The only people who know about her are Oliver and Laurel, who passed away. So just Oliver and me now.
"Pain in my asses, they broke time again!" I say as I put the water on the stove to boil.
"Maybe just don't leave them alone?" She suggests.
"Then I can't spend time with you or Ava." I tell her, she nods.
"You could just stay at the ship with Ava. I wouldn't mind being alone more." She says with a sad face.
"Honey, we are both terrible liars, what's up?" I ask her, and sit down across from her.
"Nothing, it's just your never really here anymore." She says with a sigh. I think and I really haven't been around lately since I've been captured.
"I'm sorry, I'll try and be home more." I tell her, she shakes her head.
"That will draw suspicion." Laurel tells me, I sigh. "It's fine Mom, and sides it's Friday. I have no school tomorrow so I can just watch TV or work on my history project."
"I really want you to meet Ava and the team but they will hate me for keeping you a secret." I tell her and she smiles at me.
"No they won't mom, and if they do. That sucks." She tells me, I chuckle.
"What about Ava, I lied to her for our whole relationship?" I ask her, she just laughs.
"If she leaves you, she wasn't the right one. If she doesn't like me, she isn't the right one." Laurel says, I laugh.
"Why are you so wise?" I ask her, she shrugs. Laurel doesn't have a father figure. Her father is Ivo, he thought it would be funny to chain me to a bed, you know what happens.
"I don't know. I'm fine not meeting them, I can just hang with Uncle Ollie." She says, I sigh. I just finish cooking dinner and we eat quickly, she goes up to bed and I stay with her until she is asleep. I then go back to the Waverider to sleep next to Ava.
We have a mission the next day and on our way back to the ship my phone rings, "Who is that?" Ava asks me, I shrug. I look at it and it's Laurel.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Mom." She cries.
"What happened." I say and stop causing the legends to stop too.
"I broke my leg, I was climbing a tree for fun and I fell." She says, I take off in a run. "It hurts."
"That's okay, just breath in and out for me okay?" I ask her, I hear the legends running behind me as I enter the ship. "I'm on my way now." I tell her, she just cries more.
