In this oneshot Ava and Sara eloped and didn't tell anyone other than Sara's dad and sister, the team is wondering why they are so happy. When Ava is doing some paper work for the marriage license in the kitchen and she signs her name Ava Lance.
Ava's POV
I am sitting in the kitchen eating lunch with Zari 1.0 and Sara comes in, "Babe you need to sign our marriage license." She says, I nod and she hands me the paper and a pen.
"Aren't you supposed to sign that after the wedding?" Zari asks, I look at Sara.
"Um, you can sign it whenever." I say and she nods going back to eating her donut. I place the paper down and take the pen, Sara comes up behind me and wraps her arms around my shoulders and neck from behind. I sigh in content and hold onto Sara's arm with my left hand as I play with the pen in my right hand.
"Sign here." Sara whispers in my ear and points to a line.
As I am reading it over Sara rests her chin on top of my head and the team comes in. "What's Ava signing." Nate asks
"Ava is signing our marriage license." Sara says and I sign my name, I remember to sign Ava Lance and not Ava Sharpe because me and Sara eloped last week. I hand the paper back to Sara, she takes it keeping her left arm wrapped around my neck swaying slightly. I look up at her and she smiles at my name. "Was it difficult to remember?" She asks me.
"Nope, easier then my other one." I say and smile at her and go back to holding her arm with both of my hands.
"Easier to what?" Behrad asks, I look at Sara again, she smiles sleepily.
"Nothing. I'll be right back." Sara says and sets the paper on the table and walks out. I see Zari take the marriage license and read it.
"OH MY GOD!" Zari yells, Sara comes running back in.
"What!?" Sara asks.
"Why did Ava sign her name Ava Lance!?" She shouts at me.
"Because that's my name?" I state more of a question then a statement.
"We may have eloped." Sara says wrapping her arms around my neck from behind again.
"When!?" Everyone yells.
"Last week." I answer, and smile softly holding onto Sara's arms.
"And told no one?" Astra asks.
"No my dad knows." Sara says, "And my sister." She adds.
"Are we still having a wedding?" Mick asks.
"Yes, but we just wanted to elope and then have the wedding." I explain. They all nod, they all exchange looks and then run and hug us.
"Yay!" They cheer. Me and Sara laugh, she pulls me up and into a hug. She pulls back and smiles at me before kissing me. "PDA!" The legends yell. We both pull back and laugh.
